Consistently poor service at this branch, management needs to review their customer service standards. Use another branch or switch banks is my review.

The tellers and staff are friendly. Usually the wait isn't too long and the location is perfect for us when in town. I have a complaint though. It's really big for me but there may be nothing the branch can do about it. It's the parking situation at this bank and this situation sometimes makes me wish I didn't have an account there. When I have visited in the past very few customers are in the lobby. However, the parking lot is nearly full. All I can guess is that the parking lot is mainly for the employees and not the customers. The last particular time I visited, there were 3 tight spots and I was the only customer in the park. What's with this?

Employees at this branch are very friendly. While I prefer to use local community credit unions, I like the people that work there.

This branch needs to hire some people. There's always a long line in the drive-through and inside. The tellers are friendly, but with one person handling a double-sided drive-through with 10 cars waiting and only two others to handle a line that goes out the door, I've never been able to make a simple deposit in less than 20 minutes.
