We have 2 tanks at one address, big @ house, smaller @ residential trailer. Per Amerigas both must be on the same delivery account. But, their delivery tech cannot "see" the 2nd, smaller tank with their work tech & refuse to fill. So they come, fill big tank & go. I'm supposed to call to fix. Again. Issue is ongoing, already multiple hours attempting to fix. CS advised me do the same dance once again so 87yo MIL doesn't freeze during week at 15°F. Known issue but corporate DGAF in any way unless I publicly shame Amerigas corporate online. Corporate specialist supposedly fixed last year after many hours of fight & runaround. Happening again & CS won't or cannot escalate the problem. TL:DR? 2nd residential rented tank needs gas but drivers say doesn't exist while Amerigas auto-charges for its rent while paying for CS that can't help. Thus, Freeze-in-place Amerigas corporate policy remains unless & until share prices are threatened publicly.

This company is a rip off. Check the BBB. They have much better companies out there that don’t charge all the extra fees when you get a propane delivery

We've been with AmeriGas for 3 years now. I never mind when I need to contact customer service. The call has been taken quickly and the person friendly to speak with. The online propane tracker isn't accurate, but if you plan ahead and monitor your tank, order ahead of time before running out, and before the winter conditions make deliveries difficult, you will be fine. I recommend not doing autofill. The refill kept coming more frequently than we needed. At some point you should get a sense of your usage pattern, but every year I see the same people out of propane and cold, can't cook on their stove, why can't the large truck make it up my icy, steep driveway. I did have one instance where I needed to call twice to f/u on an order, but I refill at 30% and that allows some room for the unexpected. Deliveries for us have occurred within the 1-2 week delivery window.

I just called to get a quote fir propane for my stove and fireplace and they said no because it doesn't meet their requirements. I own my own tank. I live 20 min from Belfair and the customer service rep was in Nashville TN.

Worse company I have ever worked with. The property was serviced by them while the other owner resided here. They first texted me they needed to verify the drive way which we never saw them to even communicate. Then the driver stated the tank needed an inspection before they could fill. Tank inspection scheduled but then no one showed up and text sent it was complete but then also noted it needed to be rescheduled due to no one home. I was home the entire time. Contacted service and they noticed the problem said they would resolve this and call me back. No call ever received. Called again said they would escalate and call me back. No call received. I would never recommend this company to service your home.

Generally, deliveries are late prompting us to shot off gas heat. Our tank has run low several times this winter. It takes over a week sometimes after ordering a tank fill. Very disappointed with service and your company. Would not recommend it.

Less than 1 star, very unethical and poor quality service. Pricing is way above competitors, after initial few months have to watch them and get adjustment to over charging. RUN as fast as you as you can to get away from these guys!

Would give 0 stars If I could. Took 45 days to get a partial fill in the middle of December. Then canceled my service due to this and the tank is having same issue. Don't offer service if you can't manage to staff it.
