Feel bad to past this bad review. used them for other services but last experience totally failed. Simple drop off to return a package, prepaid and address label ready. They gave me a receipt with no tracking number. So I had to go back. Then a few days later the same package came back to my house instead of the return warehouse. No points for me having to return twice, sorry.

The people who work here are very nice, however the communication to customers is not good. I went in and spoke with someone there about getting a color image printed on transfer paper and pressed onto a bag, price was no object to me as it was a gift for my mom. She said they could do that, verified they could print inkjet, and told me to email in the next day and the people working there that day would help and quote me. Did not get a response to my emails, so I called and spoke to someone there. She called me back several hours later to tell me that they *can't* print inkjet. I understand if they can't use a certain product or perform a service, but the lack of communication with me, as well as the inconsistent information was really frustrating. I unfortunately wasted 2 days waiting to hear back after I had already left my supplies with them. I work in customer service, and generally am patient with these types of issues, but this is not the first time I have reached out to them only to get no response. Disappointing.

New to this place. Seems to be the only place that does copies. $2.85 for a single black and white copy made from a flash drive. I saw the charges for copies and charges to extract from an email. None posted for accessing from a flash drive. NO THANK YOU.

Needed a banner made on extremely short notice and they came through with one of exceptional quality at a much lower price than I expected. I would recommend them to anyone.

Super shitty quality print and rip off price. Imagine you spend 35 dollars to print 10 pieces PAPER! that's what they charge. And what's more?! Spoke to this worker on the phone she clearly says it's 2 dollars to print A piece paper... unbelievable!!! So they did a horrible job and cheated on price. Highly suggest don't try this place or you won't get what you want.
