Excellent service from the staff at this Les Schwab on the morning of 8/9/2025. I had a flat with at least one nail in it, possibly more, from something I hit on the highway. I don’t recall the name of the young woman working when I arrived, but she kindly greeted me and was incredibly helpful. She said it may take 30-45 minutes to check out my tire. They called me to the counter in 20 minutes. Danny processed my paperwork. He was also very friendly and professional. They patched my tire at no cost! I was genuinely surprised and thankful. Will absolutely go back if I ever need help again in the future and I am in the area. 5 stars.

No matter what Le Schwab I go to I am always satisfied. They are the most professional M polite people I’ve ever had to talk to and I don’t like people so that’s saying something.

Just asked for tire rotation especially with my one tire worn that needed to be moved to the front since a rear wheel drive it tends to wear more. But no you must purchase NEW tires from them to rotate a tire to the front. Not a great way to do business. Now I’m going to do it myself what a loss of funds. I even told them it was worn before they took the key. Stopped coming here for years because they always want you to buy their tires to do anything with your vehicle.

I always have a good experience with Les Schwab. We've gotten tires, rotations, and flats fixed. Scheduling online is a snap and service has always been friendly and prompt.

I was a little nervous when entered the store and the associate immediately put me at ease and answered all my questions, even going above and beyond to see if they could accommodate a unique request. Later when I called the store with questions both associates did their best to answer and even dig deeper in order to make sure my questions were fully answered! Thank you for taking care of me.

Unbelievably kind and patient and got me in right away with an RV that had a hot bearing. All of the big Les Schwab's on the way here were too busy, and these guys took me in with open arms. I love small towns‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Updating my 5 star review to a new 5 star.
Yes I love this place! Dan and Liz are the names I remember lol. The rest of the employees have always been great as well.
Chapter 3 now trying to get an out-a-round tire warrantied. Check out East and West Bremerton reviews for chapters 1 and 2 if your into that.
Dan I can say uses the process of elimination for troubleshooting tire issues. Awesome. Warrantied the tires. I drove away with a round tires! So nice I tell ya.
