This QFC Pharmacy is by far the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to in my life.
My first visit I came in and waited by the counter, I wasn’t greeted so I said “hello, I am here to pick up my prescription and my son’s prescription.” The lady said “birth date” with a nasty attitude. I figured maybe she had a bad day, no biggie.
Well my boyfriend went to pickup our son’s prescription the other day and we had an issue with our insurance… Not their fault. My boyfriend asked how much the prescription would be. The pharmacy tech said “it’s too expensive” when my boyfriend called me and told me she said that, I told him to go back inside and demand to know the cost of the medication. IT WAS $100. Why couldn’t she just tell us the costs? She just decided we were poor based off of our insurance. AND had a nasty attitude. We HAPPILY paid for the medication because regardless of our insurance issues our son needed his prescription.
Maybe add a customer service packet during orientation or something. This is someone who encounters patient information, those that are sick and ill, someone who might have been in the hospital, on hospice, in recovery ect. You never know what someone is going through so BE KIND.

Called about prescription was told no problem come in next day, came in next day to find out it had been put back, unprofessional to say the least!

I had a great experience today at QFC Pharmacy in Belfair. I just had a hip replacement, and was looking for some other options besides ice cubes for icing my hip. They have a small section in front of the counter that has braces, ace bandages and other injury recovery items, but I didn’t see any gel packs or items that could be used for icing. I asked the folks behind the counter, and the pharmacist on duty overheard my question and shared some options they had behind the counter. I got exactly what I needed for under $5. Thank you!

Astoundingly uncoordinated and confused, took 5+ min alone to type in the right DoB, meanwhile reading off some other person's prescriptions to me...went downhill from there. Avoid if you have any other options.

Coming from a worker this is definitely the worst job I have ever experienced. Management is awful and has very poor communication with workers. The bathrooms are horrid and I have often found drug addicts/tweakers hiding under the sink in the women's bathroom. What the hell QFC?? Maybe instead of overworking your staff and overpricing your products, you can look at your vile bathrooms. If you are considering working here, DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!! Also they force you to pay union dues that have zero benefit towards you and will literally harass and threaten to fire you if you do not pay them. The bakery is absolutely vile. There are ants that they have failed to exterminate and they do not mop or clean the floors every night. There are barely any mops in the store for employees to clean with. You would think that cleanliness would be a top priority. Nope! Instead, managers do not care and only care that you come in for hours and hours on end. This place is so toxic. I need therapy after working this hellhole of a job. It is overpriced and the products are not that fresh. Go to target or Trader Joes or some grocery store in silverdale. I have more trust in those places than this nightmare.

Pharmacies used to allow business by phone, the ability to call to refill prescriptions on the phone but now, apparently at this Belfair WA pharmacy, the elderly are not allowed to call and ask to refill, we are now told repeatedly not to call. We must instead use the computer to refill prescriptions. I've tried for months to do this but their new Kroger website will not let me get my online account. I also need a "helper" as I'm elderly and have lost the ability to walk and be out in public but my helper comes from another culture. QFC pharmacy employees have taken to taunting my helper, make her sit & wait for hours while they secretly laugh behind the counter. They have yelled at her and me over me trying to get the pills that keep me alive. If you are not Caucasian I would not recommend this QFC.

Never refer me to go use your Coinstar machine when I'm trying to get gas for my car. I'll go somewhere else before I use coinstar and pay a percentage that could be going into my gas tank. That's money that you guys just lost out on. It's not the gas attendants fault it's the corporation. Safeway will gladly take my change without complaining, they always comment about how there's a coin shortage, and people like me are making sure the coins make it back into circulation :-)

This store is very nice, great selection of cheeses and Boars Head deli which is awesome. Sushi, fresh baked goods and friendly staff. I was at self check and couldn't get the rewards to work so Colleen helped me out and showed me how to do it, also how to use it at the gas pump. Thanks so much for the help Colleen.
