Not really sure what the point of having this 7-Eleven here. It doesn't have a gas station and there are plenty of grocery stores nearby. I suppose there is some appeal to have a store open 24/7 like this one in the neighborhood and a place to get a soft drink or slurpee. Aside from buying a lottery ticket or picking up some random item like a bag of ice that is sold out elsewhere, I come here as a place of last resort. I guess it is better to have a last resort available, than not.

Altaf and shiva are extremely nice and kind when you get to know and respect them. Joe the owner and his with have been a great staple for this local 7-11 my whole life, which is getting up there. I have even heard kids half my age say with great excitement how Shiva knows all them too, I believe by name as well. A great grab and go food selection. Clean and well organized. A convenient and positive experience.

Been trying to like this place for the last year and some change, and it doesn't seem like this place is going to change. So, here are the issues.
The staff is a bit of a crapshoot. More often than not you'll get very good people who'll get you in and out, and other times you'll get staff who'll make you do round trips to your vehicle for the basics. Attitudes are equally random, and although it's a convenience store and you shouldn't be expected to be waited on, sometimes you'll just regret going in due to the disrespect.
Product selection is alright, food quality is mid, drinks are usually always out and this is not a good place for coffee. Sadly.
There are two other 7-11s close to this one, one up by the Goodwill and the other down Main St and a few blocks away. Well worth the travel due the inconvenience.

“body guard” my a** haha i hope you understand that teenagers are a big part of making your profit. You be rude to costumers who have been going for over a year because what? i’m standing next to my boyfriend and best friend when they pay out makes me a body guard? this directly towards the old asian man who obnoxiously makes smirk comments that are not need, find someone your own age to pick on instead of a teenage girl, thanks. 7-11 do a better job listening to your reviews

Went in to pick up some beer with my boyfriend and the cashier was so rude! He kept making snide remarks about the amount of alcohol we were buying. Seriously?! It's a freaking CONVENIENCE STORE. Don't you want customers to purchase your products no matter what they're buying? Please keep your opinions to yourself and just do your job.
