I picked up the milk myself, but after getting home I noticed the packaging was damaged and the milk was already past the “Sell By” date (May 15). This should have been checked before pickup, especially since it's a perishable item.

GOVERNMENT FRUAD ALERT!!!!!! Came here today to buy a beverage for me and my child. I walked into the store and grabbed my beverage and began to proceed to the counter to pay for my items. The lady that was behind the register rang up my two beverages and I pulled out my EBT card, which is a government funded card for low income recipients, and begin to pay for my items after the lady rang me up. I then asked for a bag, which is free when you use your government issued EBT card. She then began to get angry and gave me a bag stating that I needed to pay $.20 for the bag. I informed her of the rules and let her know that when I pay with my EBT snap benefits I’m Supposed to get a bad complementary However, she began to yell at me in state that I was wrong and that I’m supposed to pay for the bag. I have seen her do this to other customers that pay EBT as well and that is wrong. We are government low income recipients, and They should not be charging us extra for bags. I will be reporting her in the store to Washington state government, especially after the way I was treated like a criminal trying to get a free bag when I was in fact supposed to get one complementary. I hope no one else experiences this type of treatment from this lady. She really shouldn’t be working with the public

👎👎👎Went to pick up my DoorDash order, the staff told me there was no such order and refused to look at order info on neither my nor her side. Clearly someone was lying, either DoorDash or this store.

Worst 7-11 staff ever. Came here to pick up my own doordash orders just to be told they were picked up by someone else. The staff does not even help or do anything about it. Never come here again. 👎👎👎👎👎

The cashier called one of my coworkers a "Dirty Jew" and tried to overcharge him for a donut. A 2 DOLLAR DONUT!!!!! I will NEVER shop here ever again. I don't care if I have to drive 10 miles for a Slurpee, its worth it to not give money to someone like this.

This location always feels like a mess. They are always out of cups and lids for fountain drinks and slurpees. Their are wrappers on the counter and floor. The service is what you expect from a 7-Eleven. Employees that are there to check the box, do the minimum, and don't necessarily like customers. Everything in the store feels cramped since the aisles are really close together I feel gross and slightly closterphobic just thinking about being in there. Is it worth going through for a blue raspberry slurpee? Get in, get out, Purell and try to not be traumatized but enjoying your slurpee. Consider yourself warned.

Man behind the counter was unfriendly and mean. Even when I asked for a bag he told me 10 cents when I believe most places including other 7-11 charge 8 cents. I paid no problem but he slammed my redbull into the bag and didn't even hand it to me. He is an older gentleman with grey long hair ties back. I love this 7-11 but I will go downtown Bellevue in the future. Steer clear of this guy.
