I’ve seen this comment about the same woman on so many reviews so I’m not sure why this hasn’t been dealt with. The blonde lady at 2:30pm on 03/31/25 is AWFUL. I’ve lived here my whole life and never seen such bad customer service.
At one point I literally said, “are you in a bad mood”, and she said “that’s just who I am” and crumbled up my receipt and threw it in the trash before I could say that I wanted it. This is a CONSTANT issue with her, I’m so tired of it”

The biggest plus about this 76 is its location across from Crossroads Mall and next to Grocery Outlet. Otherwise, this your standard gas station with a convenience store. Gas prices are middling for Bellevue. Not the most expensive or cheapest in the area. Though I would opt for one of the Chevron stations nearby if the gas prices are about the same.

Zero customer service. The girl working the evening looks like she owns the store. owner please check about this as how she talks with the customers. Most of them will not come back and this should not affect your business. Looks like pump 3 is always closed as there is a Nissan kept. Doesn't this not affect your gas sales?

Every time I come here to fill up, it takes forever to fit. Doesn’t matter which pump I use it. It takes too long. In the time it took me to post this review. I am only at 4 gallons and slowly climbing.

Person at the counter is a richer, he literally said on my face I don’t worth his time and leave him alone and go to another place just because I am of a different race. I didn’t see him behave the same way with others.

NEVER use their ATM. It gave me a half of a 20 dollar out the ATM. The customer clerk was not helpful and told me it's my problem not mine.

Who is working at the Night Shift the black guy he is f****** so rude to poor customer service he don't know how to treat and talk with the customer I want to pack of cigarette I show him my ID but he refused to give me a pack of cigarettes without any f****** damn reason he is so f*****g stupid dumbass moron. I am a request to management please teach him how to talk with the customer (black guy July 5-2022 around 10:20 PM)
