My laptop was having system issues and issues with my WiFi adapter. I gave my laptop in for repairs and they kept it for two weeks while offering no updates on its progress. When they finally gave it back they said everything was okay (they’d apparently stressed the computer overnight with no crashes but I ran it for two hours and I got a crash) but the errors persisted. I asked about the WiFi adapter and they gave me no update on that either. Please avoid this service.

I took my desktop in to have a motherboard installed. John did an excellent job in explaining the repairs and performing the work in a very expedient manner. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Had a fantastic experience and got my battery swelling problem solved in a matter of days rather than months, as I had been quoted elsewhere. Cyra in particular was a great help.

“TIME HONORED” CUSTOMER VALUE
This shop is centrally located in Bellevue and easily accessible by Crossroads Mall, where I live. I hadn’t had to use a computer repair shop in a few years, and I had moved to Bellevue since then. I look for quick “in & out” trips to their store that don’t have long lines. I look for competitive pricing or value you don’t get anywhere else. Like things they teach you, pointers they give you before you invest your hard-earned money in a repair or a new computer system. Or higher quality computers that will last me longer than run-of-the-mill computers “big box” stores might be selling.
They were also able to help me make difficult decisions about things like whether to upgrade to Windows 11! It turns out that Windows 11 better utilizes One Drive for office efficiency and added storage security. So NOW my 2 computers in my office represent to ME a “Novell Network”, as you had to buy in days gone by!
If you’re a busy business owner like I am, I barely have enough hours in the day to cover all the bases, let alone delivering a broken computer to the store and going and picking it back up again. The have OUTSIDE REPAIR TECHS so it worked seamlessly. When you find a company that offers extra VALUE for their service, you don’t mind paying a higher rate of labor. At least I don’t! And I’m not sure where there hourly rate falls in comparison to the average hourly rate, but you get extra value in the shings they teach you, share with you or the advice they give that circumvents your making a mistake in a repair or purchase decision for your computer!
I've found my computer company for they duration of life in Seattle. And it feels good to say that!

Fast service at a good price. They will give detailed information about how they will fix your problem and what you can do if repair isn’t possible. The best option in Bellevue.

no care for my personal stuff, like no care at all. I went there with a broken laptop and asked them to fix the screen. after several delays and 100 dollars more than the asking price I just paid and left. that's when I noticed that several of my limited edition anime girl stickers where viciously scratched off. I can't get them anymore and now I want blood, so fuck you A plus tech you pieces of shit. I want my money back for ruining my beautiful art. fuck you

I recently visited this shop for assistance with my Mac. Unfortunately, my experience was absolutely horrible. In short, they not only were able to complete the repair, but also rob customer of their devices. The staff claimed to have tried resolving the issue, and I confirmed with them the cost and time to fix it, but the outcome was not as expected. Additionally, I found their pricing to be unreasonably high for the service provided. Despite the lack of a solution, they insisted on retaining the full labor charge including parts. I tried to negotiate with them on price considering the attempt failed ask them if they can reverse it as didn’t work, but they just rejected it kept my laptop and telling me they gonna sell it online. Excuse me?!I recommend potential customers to carefully consider their options before choosing A Plus Computer Tech as my experience suggests that their services is practically a scam, and issues will not get addressed.I only found out later that they’ve already started to record all our conversations specifically to prepare for potential lawsuits I might bring upon them. Like they’ve expected this from the very beginning. So maybe their way of making money is not by providing repairing service, but by robbing customers of their device and selling it online.

Once they can’t fix your laptop, they’ll keep it for themselves and sell it for a profit. And you’ll have to go to court to get it back. During the process, you’ll have no way of knowing if they actually attempted the repairs they claimed. And they record every conversation you had with them from the very beginning, as if they were always prepared to fight their customers. To them, we are not customers, we are just cases that they assess how much profit they can extract out of, either by not fixing your stuff and still charge full price, or by take possession of your property. They always win.

I was quoted $300-400 for a screen replacement. Ended up being over $500

Gave a 2014 Macbook pro for battery replacement. It had no other issues at the time and I was using it regularly, though directly on power. After battery replacement, the top row keys stopped working. Since they said their work is under guarantee I returned the laptop to fix the issue, hoping they will do it with no additional charge. However, I was told I will have to pay for a keyboard replacement which they damaged. Very bad customer service and shoddy workmanship. My experience was so bad that I suspect if all the the 5-star reviews here are legitimate.
