Fast service at a good price. They will give detailed information about how they will fix your problem and what you can do if repair isn’t possible. The best option in Bellevue.

no care for my personal stuff, like no care at all. I went there with a broken laptop and asked them to fix the screen. after several delays and 100 dollars more than the asking price I just paid and left. that's when I noticed that several of my limited edition anime girl stickers where viciously scratched off. I can't get them anymore and now I want blood, so fuck you A plus tech you pieces of shit. I want my money back for ruining my beautiful art. fuck you

I recently visited this shop for assistance with my Mac. Unfortunately, my experience was absolutely horrible. In short, they not only were able to complete the repair, but also rob customer of their devices. The staff claimed to have tried resolving the issue, and I confirmed with them the cost and time to fix it, but the outcome was not as expected. Additionally, I found their pricing to be unreasonably high for the service provided. Despite the lack of a solution, they insisted on retaining the full labor charge including parts. I tried to negotiate with them on price considering the attempt failed ask them if they can reverse it as didn’t work, but they just rejected it kept my laptop and telling me they gonna sell it online. Excuse me?!I recommend potential customers to carefully consider their options before choosing A Plus Computer Tech as my experience suggests that their services is practically a scam, and issues will not get addressed.I only found out later that they’ve already started to record all our conversations specifically to prepare for potential lawsuits I might bring upon them. Like they’ve expected this from the very beginning. So maybe their way of making money is not by providing repairing service, but by robbing customers of their device and selling it online.

Once they can’t fix your laptop, they’ll keep it for themselves and sell it for a profit. And you’ll have to go to court to get it back. During the process, you’ll have no way of knowing if they actually attempted the repairs they claimed. And they record every conversation you had with them from the very beginning, as if they were always prepared to fight their customers. To them, we are not customers, we are just cases that they assess how much profit they can extract out of, either by not fixing your stuff and still charge full price, or by take possession of your property. They always win.

I was quoted $300-400 for a screen replacement. Ended up being over $500

Gave a 2014 Macbook pro for battery replacement. It had no other issues at the time and I was using it regularly, though directly on power. After battery replacement, the top row keys stopped working. Since they said their work is under guarantee I returned the laptop to fix the issue, hoping they will do it with no additional charge. However, I was told I will have to pay for a keyboard replacement which they damaged. Very bad customer service and shoddy workmanship. My experience was so bad that I suspect if all the the 5-star reviews here are legitimate.

I was just standing in front of the store and a staff member angrily entered the store while swearing about something. A few seconds later the owner or staff member opened the door and just threw water at my direction. I got some splattered on my pants. lol.I mean if you want me to move just ask me to move.

Before working for Microsoft, my stepson worked at APlus. He recommended it to me, saying the techs know what they're doing and would do a great job for me. He was right. For over ten years, I've trusted A Plus and recommended them to many friends. They can remote into your computer, come to your home, or work on your computer in their store. They're expert at troubleshooting and repair, honest, down to earth, good listeners, respectful and affordable. This week Shaun was my hero! Can't give them a high enough rating.

Polite, punctual, caring, and informative. This experience was a dreaded one because I had dropped a business laptop. They were very prompt with taking my laptop in for diagnosis before the holiday and had followed up with me on the repair status. They didn't end up fixing the laptop as it had been damaged out beyond its total value but they didn't charge me for any of their time and materials for diagnosing it.Overall, I am beyond satisfied with my experience. They made it streamline and frictionless during the entire process.

I returned to A Plus Computer Tech for help after spending about seven futile hours on the phone over about six days with Microsoft tech support, trying to regain use of my Outlook email account using my domain name on Office 365. John from A Plus came to my home to diagnose the problem, then set up remote access to my computer so he could work on it from the A Plus office. Over the next three days John stated in touch with me, identified the problem, and took the multiple steps needed to properly reset the access to my Outlook email. My computer now works better than ever, and for sure I'll contact A Plus from the outset for any problems in the future -- skipping the wasted time for call center help from Microsoft.

Helpful. Knowledgeable. Caring.^Three words to describe the customer care.Precise. Reliable. Attentive.^Three words to describe the quality of service.I brought my brother's laptop to this place based off of my friends recommendation that this place was amazing for any repairs to any laptops. I was not disappointed and felt that this place was very in tune with what any customer needs. My brother's laptop had a weird funky problem. He had somehow shoved his A/C jack all the way in, thereby, dismounting the A/C jack internally, and therefore could not charge his laptop. The friendly folks at A Plus Computer Tech gave us a FREE QUOTE/ESTIMATE (standard), and told us exactly how much they would charge ahead of time, so that there were no surprises later on.When I asked them further questions about the possibility of them ordering another charger for us, they gave us another estimated price range, so when we had our job completed, we knew exactly what we were getting and what we were paying for. They know what they are doing and they are more than willing to help you every step of the way. At first I was concerned that they wouldn't be able to finish the job on time or that there would be further problems. NO. They banished my anxiety and kept me promptly updated through phone calls that made me feel as if they weren't just another 'computer factory' mindlessly repairing, etc.BOTTOM LINE: These guys mean business and they do it with fantastic customer service. I would recommend this place to all of my friends who have a computer problem. Period.

I have a Geek Squad account that includes service on my laptop. They advised that the malfunctioning keyboard could not be replaced without also doing the same with the perfectly fine motherboard because they claimed the parts are integrated. On top of that, GS charges $80 + parts + service to send the device to their central repair center for diagnosis and repair, if possible, which would take at least 3 weeks. Not.Instead, I dropped off the laptop and a replacement keyboard at A Plus and paid $50 rush charge in addition to their regular service fee. Keyboard replaced, no new motherboard required, all within 3 days. They saved me time and money and I have a functioning laptop once again. Thank you A Plus!
