For manager of the store — please have an efficient pick up system for online orders for items that have already been paid for. Customers shouldn’t be waiting in a long line just to pick up an order. Follow what other stores are doing and have a separate line with a dedicated team or one employee who processes and distributes online orders, you'll retain more customers.

Horrible customer service. You end up waiting forever in line. They take forever to process returns. Sometimes there will be one cashier and everyone else just walks around meanwhile customers stand in line. Every single time I come here the customer service is horrible.

It's a bit of a smaller store, so they rarely have anything I want or any of my sizes in store. Also, not sure they actually ever clean out any of the fitting rooms?

They have the worst employees, bunch of teenage girls who just talk in front of customers when they’re ringing people up. Last time I went there was 4 girls at the register talking and gossiping and I walked up to the register and put my stuff on the counter thinking they would immediately assist me but no they kept talking in front of my face for 5 minutes and mind you that 2 of them actually saw me and didn’t do or say anything to help me checkout. Bunch of idiot employees, they hire anyone there and it’s a disgrace honestly

The absolute most incompetent employees in the world.A cashier kept struggling with our purchase in store last weekend (3 clothing items, 1 cologne) she wasn’t understand A&Fs store sales. I bought two sweatpants in different sizes to try. So I went back last night to exchange the pants (I planned on getting 5 hoodies that were $90 each = $450) long story short the “lead girl” told me I didn’t pay for one of the pants so she could not return them, we argued in store for over ten minutes over $50 lounge pants, she refused to give me a store credit / a refund for pants I PAID FOR. She even threw a receipt at me. My husband and I decided to leave we put the pants back in our bag and as we go to leave she NOW is accusing us of stealing the pants and we no longer can take them home with us.. mind you I bought them on 11/4, I’ve worn them several times this week at my HOUSE, the tag is not attached and I am now unable to return or bring them back home with me. Now I am out $50 and a pair of sweat pants. A&F teach your incompetent employees some customer service and to take care of their customers. People don’t shop at the Bellueve WA A&F you’ll be highly disappointed. The sad part about this entire situation is I was purchasing an additional $450 worth of clothes, but sadly that didn’t happen all over a $50 exchange the employee refused to do.

It’s like the employees are having a contest to see who can care the least. I like their clothes, the quality hasn’t gone as much compared to other stores. Though they are overpriced now. I liked a few things, but I couldn’t bring myself to buy because of how terrible the service was.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Wish I could give negative stars in the review. I always see a bunch of teenagers working who have no idea what they are doing. They keep making fun of each other mistakes while checking out people and extremely unprofessional!!! The worst store I gone into, the guy who just joined the cashier staff is the worst. He has no idea what he’s doing and keep doing wrong checkouts always. The girls around him keep bossing over him and the they are also fit for nothing! Hate visiting this place for shopping and wish they have a revamp of new PROFESSIONAL staffs around and not some random teen people slacking around!!!!!!They didn’t let me return my online order, so stupid enough to tell that I need to preserve my tags eventhough I had my damn receipt! Omg the customer service here is horrendous and needs to take care of. The other day I went straight into the jeans section to pick something and there was this Asian staff, short, dark haired who had silently farted since no one was around and kept folding clothes! How disgusting can these staff get!! YUCKKKK I had to run out from the section to get a breath of fresh air! Never coming back ?

I loved shopping A&F! Used to work there. Had a great time… My favorite scents to buy for my clothes. Customer service was super friendly! Love love love it ?

Terrible store selling ridiculously overpriced clothing with zero customer support backing. I paid $80 USD for a button up shirt only to have it start breaking down and pilling within a week.Went back to the store and asked for not even a refund but an exchange for an equally poor quality replacement and they refused. They told me there was nothing they would do. I genuinely feel robbed, my money was stolen from me under the pretense of being delivered at least a semi-decent quality item and I got a shirt for what 1 week? I'm going to call head office and update this review afterwards. Why would anyone buy from this store when you're paying so much money with zero recourse? Extremely disappointed, please consider buying elsewhere. Lots of places have similar low quality but at least are a fraction of the price.

What a joke of a store with a store manager who is disrespectful. I was buying a dress and the line was getting long, instead of ringing up the line of customers the manager was doing something on a register. The sales person who rang me up was kind and I mentioned to her that there was a sign that said dresses were 30% she said oh sorry let me check and her manager rudely said no and just turned away and I told her all these dresses were by that sign so they maybe wanted to move the sign and she said she would let her manager know. The manager then walked by and rudely said I don't even know what that lady is talking about and was rolling her eyes the entire time. You do not talk down or badly about customers when they can hear you or on the floor. This is customer service 101, I will be returning the dress because I can't support a location with leadership who doesn't understand customer service

Terrible customer service and won’t own up to mistakes. They mistakenly put multiple pairs of pants in a discount section and tried to ring me up full price for it and wouldn’t own up to the mistake and correct the price. I work in retail too and know that if you put the wrong price on something you have to fix your mistake and honor it. However, the staff was being incredibly rude and trying to just dismiss me, telling me a customer put it there even though there was 3+ pairs, eventually just straight up walking away from me. Super unprofessional coming from another retail worker. Blonde girl who was super new, sorry you got caught up into it, you did nothing wrong, it’s just your superiors .

i would give 0 stars if i could. the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life. i’m not gonna even talk about how workers ignore you, roll their eyes and laugh at you, never offer you a dressing room, and just completely dismiss you. today (wednesday) grabbed pants in the discount section and went to purchase them. they told me it’s full price and the item isn’t on a discount bc of the color. i explained that all the pants in that discounted area are the same exact pants, and there are 5 pairs of the color that i have. the blonde girl (not the one thats new) was being extremely rude and wouldn’t own up to mistake at all. i refused to buy the pants and she said she’ll put the in the right section. i left the store and came back 15 mins later and the pants were still in that section. there was also a male worker who was making up a scenario that a customer took those pants and accidentally put them in a discounted section.. what customer would put 5 pairs in a discounted section and separate them between other colors?? then those two started literally walking away and dismissing me and just being extremely rude.called the customer service phone number and filled out a form for the complaint.
