Eeks. Nine people in line. One cashier moving ssllloooowwwww. Clothes are ok. Still run small. Pricey. But the service is horrendous.And seriously. No fitting rooms?? What the …Oh. And the best part. Tried to call and after two rings they pick up and hang up. Yup. That’s how much the hate customer service.

Worst in store experience I have had at any retailer. Do not go in store to return anything from online. I had an item shipped to me with quality issues and the tags missing (it looked like I received someone’s return) before going in store I called customer service to make sure I would be okay to return in store and was assured yes it would be fine. However in store the management staff was rude, refused my return and told me they operate separately from online and do not help with online returns. I guess A&F store and A&F online are not the same according to this manager?? Avoid this store if you can!

I wish I read the reviews before trying to return something here. Nowhere online or in the order confirmation does it say you need a tag to return something in store and in fact they advertise "easy in-store returns" as an option as long as you have a receipt or order confirmation which I had. I tried the return a jacket that was not worn but had thrown out the tag. The so called Manger was rude and unhelpful and had a whole lot of attitude. Like all the other reviews say, don't waste your time here. Worst in-store experience ever!!

I never go on and do reviews but this store has rude associates and makes exchanging/returns so difficult for no reason. Opposite of easy returns for sure

RUN AWAY! Overpriced and unhelpful. You cannot return merchandise here without the “tag”. Even if you have an email reciept, clothes were bought within a week, no dice. Now I’m left with jeans with oversized quadricep flaps, thanks Abercrombie. Go to Levi’s across the way if you need real jeans, this place is a complete waste of time.

Nothing new here. Rude employees who cannot be bothered to answer questions or run the cash register. Long line of people waiting outside empty locked fitting rooms and the employees are just walking by ignoring it. One woman ended up crawling under the door to unlock the room.

Do not come here. Rude associate. No fitting rooms.I went at opening to try on denim and shopped for about 15 minutes and picked out so many pairs of jeans I put them aside at the fitting rooms before an associate came up to me and told me they wouldn’t open the fitting rooms today. She was very rude about it. I literally traveled to the Bellevue store to try on denim (I typically buy online as I don’t have one near my house). I was disappointed by the decision and her attitude. I appreciate her telling me but wish it was earlier before I picked everything out.There is literally no point for me to go IN to the store except to try things on. It was a disappointing experience. I know staffing is a huge issue but for example at Levi’s they only had one person working and had the rooms open (I don’t know if Abercrombie has a different policy).This place has not changed.

I went into Abercrombie today to either return or exchange a pair of jeans. I had my receipt but the tag was not on the jeans. The girl explained to me why but when asked if I had any other options she just said no repeatedly. I then asked to speak to a manager and the girl rolls her eyes and points to the manager next to her the manager then says rudely “she’s telling you all the right things” so I was left with a 100$ pair of jeans that are to big & according to the manager theirs nothing she/they can do. I called customer service and they told me that they can do a return without the tag in store and that they also could of advised me to go on line and request my refund & a return label. The online customer service was super nice but in store service is horrible! Learn better customer service & learn your policy’s.

I don’t recommend anyone shopping here. The store is privately owned and their standard of customer service is pretty low. They don’t care you want to continue shopping here or not. My personal experience was the store manager was so rude and the cashier who helped me was very dismissive young individual. I recommend if you need to buy something cute from AF, go online.

Cashier sounds very uneducated- not someone I would trust managing money. The manager cares more about submitting damaged goods rather than helping customers. I brought in an unworn pair of jeans without original packaging in hopes to exchange for one size smaller. Due to lack of original packaging and the manager stating she would have to submit the jeans to damaged product, she wasn't willing to help me. As someone that went to fashion school and works in production management, I know you can easily reprint a UPC sticker and sell it.

Customer service is trash, nobody in store is helpful and everyone is rude, store is dirty and unorganized (clothes scattered everywhere). Very low variety and selection in store.

Oh my gosh just had an amazing experience! Went in to return jeans that just didn't fit and had given up on Abercrombie luckily (and I'm totally messing up the spelling) Saki was there to help me! I am absolutely obsessed with the jeans she picked out for me I bought every pair I'm going home to throw away all other jeans! For reference I'm curvy and 5'4 and these jeans are so freaking flattering! I'm so obsessed! What an insanely different experience from my past shopping trips to Abercrombie!!!! Thank you so much!! This is the only place I will be buying jeans!!
