The company is extremely unpredictable to provide estimation of work completion. For a very basic dent repair they pushed out pickup twice and the second time was last moment.

Great service. They give you updates on your repair and are very accurate in estimating when the vehicle will be ready. They return the vehicle cleaner than I had it before! 10/10

Caliber Collision did a great job repairing my Jeep Cherokee that was rear-ended. I'll check them 3 weeks which was quite a while but in the meantime I got to drive a brand new car so that wasn't so bad especially since it was being paid for by the insurance of the person who rear-ended my car.

All damage not repaired. Damage pointed out by staff from the accident did not get repaired and are now blaming insurance, even though they never presented the damage to insurance to get repaired. The work they did do was quality, but not impressed with them “passing the buck”

Progressive referred me to this collision center after I was involved into a minor accident. The repair was most cosmetic recovery but it took over three weeks and longer than initially estimated. The repair work quality was ok.

Chal and team did an outstanding job on my car after I got into an accident. My car looks brand new now and I’m so impressed by the level of detail and care that was put into the repairs. I was surprised when I opened my car door and the interior had been detailed as well - an added bonus that wowed me even more. Chal was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process and explained each repair to me when I picked my car up at the end. I didn’t catch the name of the receptionist who helped me, but she was always friendly and helpful when I spoke to her as well. She went above and beyond to find an answer for me about my pickup date when a team member was out at lunch and I really appreciated that. I couldn’t recommend Caliber Collision in Bellevue enough, thank you so much everyone!

Eliana and team at CC Bellevue were able to get my Subaru Forester that had got rear ended quickly repaired and painted. Though the blind spot indicator and rear cross traffic warning alert on my dash continued to pop up, they were able to fix that in the follow up visit in a day.

DO NOT COME HERE.
Customer Service is unacceptable.
We had a really bad experience at this place to get the auto repair. Advisors here are disinterested in taking new work. They will NOT give you an estimated timeline at all for the repair work to be completed. They gave us less information than required and showed a complete lack of interest in answering questions. On top of this, they have this very weird policy of filling up the car the max fuel capacity which does not make any sense.
The associate that we were working with left us in the middle of the appointment and we had to go in the office again to find him.
TLDR version : If you want your car to get repaired at a good body shop, stay informed and don’t want hassles in future then please DO NOT come here.
There are much better body shops out there.
