The 3 stars go to the three movers’ hard work. Although they were late for 1.5 hours, overall they did the moving job pretty well.
The pricing part was very unpleasant. After the moving was completed when calculating the total price, the owner asked for an hourly rate which is $40 higher the hourly rate he told me on the phone. He never sent a written quote, so I couldn’t provide any evidence of that. In the end we agreed on an hourly rate which is $20 above the original rate. So, to later clients, make sure to get a written quote.
The most ridiculous part is about the timing of work. After everything including workers cleaning up the truck was completed, the owner added an additional half hour to the timing claiming that the workers need about 30 minutes to get out of the garage. After some negotiation, we did not pay for that extra half hour in the end. But the talk was not a happy one.
Still, we appreciate their efforts. Hope they will get better.

Initial quote was $189/hr for two movers. While waiting for them to show up Todd changed it to $209/hr for three movers but I had already paid a deposit so didn’t want to lose that money. After the move I realized I was missing a box of sentimental items and when I asked Todd he said him and his crew didn’t have it. I had 39 items to move so not a lot of stuff but regret not double checking before they left. There’s a lot of moving companies that are better such as Joy Moving and I will be using them in the future!

Phenomenal experience with this moving company. They were professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. The team showed up on time, worked quickly without cutting corners, and made what should have been a stressful day feel easy. Every box and piece of furniture arrived in perfect condition, and their attitude stayed friendly and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful experience with these PROFESSIOONAL movers last weekend. We moved out of our two-bedroom apartment and into a 4-bedroom home approximately 25 miles away.
From our very first contact with Access Gentle Moving, everything was entirely positive. They responded to our webpage inquiry immediately and still were able to accommodate our move only two weeks out.
Everything ran to schedule and was entirely professional. For example, they have full moving equipment including blankets, dollies, ropes, and everything one would need to ensure fast, effective movement of an entire household without a single bit of damage anywhere.
We moved everything we owned in a little under five hours, including the relocation to the new home.

PS: I almost forgot to mention Colin. They put down red carpet in the hallways to ensure there was no damage to the floors while we moved...Entirely Professional.

Really capable movers! They did a great job. Todd is awesome, and if you have any question about the charges he will be happy to help. They were a little later than our agreed-upon time - nothing against them but just something to keep in mind for planning. It was definitely worth it because they were hard-working and fast!

Would give Todd who helped us set up a very last minute ( day before) move 10 stars! Responsive to phone calls - and very kind! The movers - Jared and Randy also 10 stars!! They took great care while moving our belongings up three flights of stairs. Would highly recommend Access gentle moving!!

Gentle Access Moving moved items from Redmond Ridge Stoarge a short distance to our home. They arrived on time. They were very efficent in loading and unloading our items and went the extra mile to protect our floors during the move. Their prices were very reasonable and the service was exceptional from calling to book the move until the drove away after unloading.
