We worked with Sharnjit Boparai for all our appliances in our new home. This included sub zero fridge, wolf range, wolf hood, cove dishwasher, and Samsung appliances for a spice kitchen as well. She made the entire process smooth and easy. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. Sharnjit went above and beyond to answer all our questions and address any concerns throughout. She is knowledgeable about all the products, patient, and genuinely helpful. I was impressed by her professionalism and dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience. I will definitely be back and will recommend Albert Lee in Bellevue to everyone I know.

Our dishwasher was on its last legs, so we went shopping for a new dishwasher before it totally quit on us. We were going to check out a few other retailers, but Albert Lee was only one of a few who offered the particular brand/model we wanted. We had a very nice and knowledgeable salesperson named Sharnjit. Although we had tentatively picked out a dishwasher ahead of time, she went to the trouble of explaining the differences between the various brands and model to make sure we felt comfortable with our decision. Purchasing the dishwasher was painless as Sharnjit efficiently wrote up our order and explained the current promotions that were associated with the dishwasher that we ordered, i.e., a $150 gift card and an extended 5-year warranty. We ordered the dishwasher in mid-December, so the installation date was scheduled three weeks later because of the holidays. We didn't need the dishwasher right away, so that was not a problem for us. Three installers (one was "in training") arrived to install the dishwasher and it was completed in a little over an hour. Although the installers didn't wear protective booties in the house, which would have been nice because it was wet out, they did a nice, careful job on the installation. The rebate and extended warranty arrived a few weeks after the installation and the dishwasher is working well. Based on our experience, I would recommend Sharnjit and Albert Lee Appliance to anyone who is in the market for an appliance.

We spent about an hour placing an order. They claimed that the product I wanted was subject to UMRP so they couldn't possibly give us a lower price. We ordered anyway, because it seemed wrong to use their showroom and then order online. But then they missed the delivery date by 5 weeks, so we canceled, ordered online from an authorized retailer in another state, and saved almost $900!If you like the sales experience your parents and grandparents were used to, go for it.

So pleased with both the sales process and delivery/ installation support I received at the Bellevue Albert Lee Appliance store. This was my first purchase at Albert Lee. Mark VanDerMost, the sales person I was introduced to, after asking for someone experienced, clearly knows inventory, brands, as well as appliance specifications. My new refrigerator was tricky to select, since depth and height were issues. I am really happy with the range, microwave and refrigerator we chose with Mark's assistance.The installation team of Tony, Dante, and Jessie were equally impressive. They took care to protect my hardwood floors, and work carefully. They allowed me time to clean areas under appliances, as well as answer all my questions. Clearly experienced professionals!I highly recommend Albert Lee Appliance!

I have used Albert Lee for many years and have probably bought about 12-15 appliances from them (including my entire new home) so it is sad to see how much their service has deteriorated. This review based on the negative experience of the two appliances that I purchased from them in 2023. The first appliance, the dryer, was installed by Albert Lee in November 2023 and was not working after the first use. I called Albert Lee to discuss it and they said that it is not their issue after installation and that they did not take returns. However, they were happy to send out Appliance Hospital to repair it. That was super frustrating that they do not even guarantee that their product will work for one day!! They simply could not care less once they sell it to you. I did work with the manufacturer who helped fix it (they also noticed some installation issues). The second is a GE fridge that I purchased in July 2023. It was making funny noises within one week of installation. Again, I called Albert Lee who said, not our problem, call the manufacturer. Now, my fridge door does not close automatically after 4 months of use and I am working with manufacturer to repair. I actually even went into the Bellevue Albert Lee to talk them about fridge to get some insight and they completely blew me off and said, you just have to remember to close the door. So in summary, be aware that when buying from this company that the minute the product enters your home, it is not their issue. To offer to send a repair man for a brand-new product that is not working upon installation is unacceptable!! For these reasons, I will not use Albert Lee again.

Further update to the response from Kelly at Albert Lee. It would appear that Kelly isn't getting accurate information from her manager. I have the emails showing the dates I was told the fridge would be delivered. The salesperson had offered to get me an LG fridge but no discount was mentioned. I didn't wast an LG so I said no thank you and went looking for a 48 Sub-Zero. After I found one I went in to talk to the manager. Mark made no mention of an alternate and when I asked about Albert Lee taking the door panels I got a smearing response the we don't do that" after he had called the next level up.

After my house renovation, I bought all of my kitchen appliances at Albert Lee in Bellevue with the help of Mark VanDermost, the sales associate.Not only was he helpful but also he was patient and courteous during my purchase and delivery processes. Since it was during the pandemic, there were back orders on some of the appliances, especially, the refrigerator and he guided me with patience and understanding to help me to get the right one that would work timely well according to the completion of my house.It was a 5/5 star experience with Albert Lee/Mark.I would return to Albert Lee and Mark VanDermost for all of my future appliance purchases.

I had a horrid experience purchasing a gas stove and dish washer from this location. The salesperson took my order and confirmed that the 2 appliances were in stock and will be held for me to be delivered in 4 weeks, which is when we had scheduled our kitchen remodel. 3 days before the delivery I get a call from another salesperson letting me know the gas stove is back ordered and will be delivered after 2 months. The salesperson could not care less about the issue and refused to take responsibility saying this is "normal". Moreover they added a $75 delivery charge for the dishwasher which was not in the original bill. They did not bother to respond to this ask on email. I left 2 voicemails to the sales manager at the location and they never called back. You are better off giving your money to any of the online stores who deliver a much better customer experience and don't add surprise charges the day before delivery.

I would rate 0 stars if I could.After waiting over a year for a back ordered appliance, it didn't work. We thought since we had warranty they would be able to easily address it, but after 3 months we still have a non functioning appliance. In an effort to get it working, we wasted lots of time and money from their insistence that it was an electrical issue despite having multiple electricians validate the work.We're trying to get a replacement, and of course all of the options are more expensive and don't have the features that the original model did. But I don't have any faith that we'll actually get a replacement at this point, their customer service has been indifferent at best and hostile at worst. Customer service and sales teams contradict each other, each time we think we're getting closer to a solution they find a new way to disappoint us.We will not be making purchases from them again in the future and I will continue to discourage everyone I know from spending their money here.

It is unfortunate that the culture at Albert Lee Appliance Bellevue is they think they are doing you a favor by selling you appliances. They are not rude or unprofessional, they are just unpleasant and it's sad their processes are archaic and cumbersome. It should not take 1 hour sitting with a sales person for them to go to multiple internal websites to check stock, check prices, check dimensions, check lead times, check accessories necessary for installation and then still say they will have to call you with final numbers. But that's not the worst part. The invoice is not clear and as such you have to do the audit the QA to find out they don't have the right door swing or panels on the order. But then you opt for their professional Installation and their installers don't have the "right tools" to do the install and have to reschedule. You call your sales person who says we only do " plug and play" nothing more that that. I objected and asked why it cost so much fir this basic install and his response was " you can have a refund and find someone else to do the Install" I say go to Frederick's Appliance!

The sales associate, Nick, who helped us was awesome! He was quick to greet us, asked excellent questions to understand what we were shopping for, why we were shopping for appliances and what we wanted (features, color schemes, budget, etc.) in the new appliances. We were shopping with our toddler and Nick leveled up the customer service by pausing the presentation at just the right moment, allowing us some time to discuss in private and then coming back just a few minutes later with a toy car for our toddler to play with, who was on the verge of throwing a ‘terrible-two’s’ tantrum. We were shocked by Nick not only recognizing the near ticking toddler time bomb but couldn’t believe he had new toy cars on standby for these exact circumstances. This “bought us” the extra time that we needed to make our decision and purchase the washer and dryer which we absolutely love! Not only that, but a few weeks later we placed a call in to the store, asked for Nick and ordered a refrigerator from him sight unseen. We trusted him that much and knew that he knew and understood what we were looking for. We will never forget Nick’s superior customer service and will recommend him to anyone we know shopping for new appliances.
