Sasha was so helpful and attentive. I was with my 9 month old (struggling) to figure out my returning items. She took time to help me figure out while helping the other customers. I did not feel rushed or forgotten about. Very great experience and I wanted her to get some recognition!

It's 12pm and I drove all the way to the HUB to do a return, the doors are locked. Clearly no one showed up for work today. This is the 2nd time it's happened here

BEWARE!I dropped off a Hoover board that we got for my son (too fast for him), and didn't get any receipt or anything after drop off. I have it labeled and ready for return so I stopped by this Amazon hub to drop off; handed my item to a man and told me I was good to go (I left thinking wow that's quick and easy), well that's not so much the case now! I did notice he set it aside and not placed with all the other stuff (again didn't think much of it), and now reading other reviews I should has estado steered clear of this place. From other reviews- a LOT of things go "missing" and I can only think that the workers put items of their interest aside and NEVER actually send them back! I have had an ongoing dispute with Amazon regarding this and my refund and today just received a final "DECLINED" dispute. I'm so frustrated and disappointed; it has taken lots of called, emails back and forth with no resolution till today.Amazon do a drop in the see what's actually going on inside that hub! This is not right!!!

RED LETTERS MAKE ME SEE REDLately, I have been seeing A LOT of items listed on Amazon with red letters (see photo) saying:"This item cannot be shipped to your selected delivery location. Please choose a different delivery location." AMAZON COATTAIL ACCOUNT DELIVERIES ARE NOW CAST INTO DIFFERENT CASTE!?!It's looking like I can't use the Amazon Hub Locker+ for ANYTHING except that which is shipped directly by Amazon itself. And no small percentage of Amazon deliveries are delivered by third-party merchants riding off of the Amazon coattails (can't remember what the arrangement is called). Where I live, mail delivery is unreliable. That, and porch pirates have caused me to be willing to drive over 3 miles to pick up my packages. I believe it used to be that ANY Amazon package could be shipped to Amazon Locker +. But certainly not anymore!FOUR STARS NOW BECOMES TWO STARS!Though I'm not sure who the blame, Amazon locker +, Amazon.com, or both. I have suggested that Amazon Locker + could charge a nominal fee for any "non-Amazon packages." But apparently they would rather have people risk not getting their packages. In any case, their former four star rating is now two stars.

This facility is bigger than the other locker places I have been to. They have some good amount of free parking in the premises. It's very easy to return your items, just scan the bar code and put your item into the locker. There is no need to package the item.There is also a staff member at the locker facility if you need any help.

I came at 10:30 a m. on Sunday, Jan 15 and the place is locked up despite the plate on the door that says they work on Sundays. Many people came.... What a waste of time and gas....

Amazon complicit in selling sub-standard merchandise and collecting a profit from returns!I bought an item for $89.90 which arrived cracked and broken. I returned it the same day, but they only refunded $72.06 of the original $89.90+tax. Total coming to close to $100.00. Their selling me faulty merchandise cost me about $30.00. I used to trust them, but as the old saying goes, Once bitten, twice shy. Had there been a less-than-one-star, I would have given them that. They have developed un-professional business practices, and poor customer service, and that usually means they're shutting down. CAVIAT EMPTOR.

I dropped my return package off here, thinking it would be safe and in good hands. I even have confirmation that they received the product, and what product I dropped off. After waiting over a week for my gift card balance to reflect the returned amount, they are now claiming that the product is "lost" and they cannot process the return even with proof of drop-off. Avoid this place at all costs.
