I have never felt so unwelcome in a store as I did at this Anthropologie. The store manager’s behavior toward my family was rude, dismissive, and tinged with what felt like racial bias.I wanted to feel a bath towel that I was going to purchase, but she said she could only bring it out if she was sure it would be sold. We were made to feel as though we didn’t belong there and, worse, as if we were not the kind of people who “pay full price.” The way we were treated was degrading, like second-class customers and left us shaken.
We went in hoping for a pleasant shopping experience, but instead we had to endure an atmosphere of hostility and prejudice that ruined our family’s evening. No one should have to linger with that bitterness after what should be a simple shopping trip.
Anthropologie, you must do better!

The service was incredibly slow!!! They had all 4 cashiers and were moving at such a slow pace!

My mother went Christmas shopping here for me and said that the saleswomen were unkind to her. They blew her off and refused to help her even though the store wasn’t busy. She asked for help since she’d never been in the store before and doesn’t really know much about Anthro’s options. She was holding shopping bags from Urban Outfitters and Free People (both stores owned by URBN, who also owns Anthropologie) so you’d think that the women working at Bellevue Anthro would at least give her the time of day because she was clearly intending on buying something. But instead, they blew her off and told her to check back in when she “figured out exactly what is was that she needed.” Very lame behavior.

i love Anthropologie because it's so cute and summery, just like their clothes and home decor. the whole store screams summer, but it is pretty expensive. i also love their variety of perfumes. great place to shop for unique and trendy items!

This is for the Bellevue Square location.You will need to find parking in the parking structure and walk into the mall to access this store. This is located near the North Face or Nordstrom side of the mall. The store is not well lit, so if you're not looking, you may walk right past this store.Anthropologie is known for their quality goods, but they need to really work on the layout of this store and the service that they provide. We come for the volcano candles that are expensive but worth it.They have goods and partons at this store but products don't fly off the shelves because everything is expensive. But the products are great but they over saturate this particular store. It feels like a Ross more than a highend clothing and lifestyles store. They had for example, a weird, almost hidden back area, where they have clearance items. And no one around to watch what's going on back in that area.This leads to mention that there also isn't anyone really watching the store. No one greeted us at all when we went in. We went in and got what we needed, looked around on our own, and waited in line because there was only one person working the register with the other attendant on break. And the Supervisor stood off to the side, not jumping in to service us, but to rather waited for the 2nd attendant to come back from break. The 2nd attendant was very good, and she even dressed up our purchase as it was a gift, and they had run out of special gift bags.Midas 5-stars for the service at the register.Midas 1-star for the management and weird layout of the store and organization.Midas 3-stars overall.

Today I came in to the store with a family member and one of the staff standing by the door is very racist. She halt us to wait in line due to there are only certain numbers of customers allowed to go inside-- she goes "are you guys Mexicans?" Well first of all, is that appropriate to ask what nationality are you just to enter the damn store? To add insult to injury, I ended up buying a mask and as we exit the door-- the security little machine goes off and I told/showed the lady the mask and the receipt. Then she showed me the security sticker still attached to the mask and she goes "its okay I wont tell." I cant believe she said that--she was assuming I steal the stupid mask! I wont be back to this store ever again and wont recommend this particular location at all. I wonder how much the company pays (minimum maybe) to this particular employee to insult a paying customer! The staff are so ungrateful --- so lucky they STILL HAVE A JOB amid this pandemic. This place should shut down and consider selling online instead!

Wanted to highlight an event that potential customers might benefit from being aware of.Some products had a different listed price (discounted) that the one being processed at checkout. Unlike other stores that honor the stated price on the product, this Anthropologie store did not honor the listed price.

Shopped here while in town for a wedding. Found some amazing little dresses for France/Greece trip coming up. The staff was so helpful, always checking into, taking clothes to the change room for me, etc. I believe her name was K (or another single letter), she was fantastic with customers, so personable and friendly. Sarah at the change rooms was great and also the girl at the till that day (Saturday July 23rd a.m.). I frequent every Anthropologie when travelling to new areas and I just say the customer service was outstanding and the store and change rooms were spotless (which isn’t always the case with other stores). See you all next time I’m in town!

Everything and everyone in Anthro is beautiful. Sadly, many of the items and people serve no purpose. Customers love your sales room- why ignore the $400 dress on the floor? I watched you acknowledge and leave. I heard you chatting in the back while one employee worked the register with 3 people in queue. This store could be a lot better!

I always shop here and last time I was helped by Naima. She was so nice and she even advised me on going for a size up for a cardigan and it really made a difference. I will definitely keep on shopping here ?

One of my favorite stores to shop in. They always have a variety of unique fashion items in there. They have clothing, accessories, jewelry, candles, kitchen items, skin care and many more! The store itself smells amazing and beautifully arranged. They always a sale section going on where you can find some great deals.The only con I have is that, this store seem to have less variety than the other stores i have been to in DC area and south Florida area, when I was living there. Felt the same way about all anthropologie stores I have been to in Washington state. I would definitely recommend this store for the folks who are looking to find some unique fashionable stuff.
