They will refuse your returns from online purchases with PayPal. They will lie to your face saying they can't refusd to the credit card through PayPal. I sat here and co firmed with Consierge that they can, they just chose not to so they don't lose metrics for the Bellevue store. They took my return after Concierge called the store and told them to stop bullying customers. Stand your ground

This location has really friendly people working here! I love coming in because they are always smiling and helpful in finding me new outfits and I even know some of the girls by first name basis! I have always had a great experience here.

Raysean was amazing! After hours of struggling to find a good fitting suit for an interview I stopped into Aritzia. I appreciated how Raysean took the time to explain why each suit looked good/ bad and which style would be best for the occasion. I really appreciated her honesty on how each one looked. I ended up leaving with a great suit that will make me feel confident in my interview. Thanks Raysean!

Stopped in today looking for a specific dress for my daughter's formal. Lauren helped me find the exact type of dress my daughter was looking for! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and all-around great to work with! She seriously as they say "saved the day!"

It was a very rude experience overall. Three ladies who were “working” were just gossiping with eachother and brought friends and never even attempted to help me. I had to ask multiple times for help, and they were extremely rude and trying to be “mean girls” about it. Will never return.

I love the clothes but the staff are extremely annoying. Every time I PICK UP something up I get annoyed if I need help by multiple people rather than one and it’s just too much. I understand it’s someone’s job to do this but I don’t need to be asked BY ALL THE EMPLOYEES. This isn’t even my first time experiencing this it’s EVERY time I walk in I feel like all the workers ask me the same question over and over I just want to be left alone lol. I personally think from the multiple reviews having the same complaint as me it should be fixed.

Their return policy sucks, clothes too expensive for the price.They won't accept return if the tag was broken as well even if you didn't wear them, however they were ready to exchange.I would stay away from the brand and just shop at Nordstrom.

The staff and customer service is a complete joke. Upon arriving at the store they ask if you need any assistance. When the time comes for assistance the employees will refuse you service. I asked an employee for a particular style of pants, she had told me they didn’t have that style but she would put something in the back for me to try on. After browsing the store I had found what I was looking for myself. When I went to try on the items there was nothing in the back like she had said. When I had confronted the employee she pretending that she had no idea what I was referring too. Upon checking out the item I was purchasing had been 70% off. When she rang me up it only rang up as 40%. I had asked if they can honor the price listed. The manager came by and told me that because it’s listed as more online they couldn’t honor that price. I was buying the item instore not ordering an online item. I left the item because no store has the right to haggle it’s customers and not honor their own listed price. An absolute disgrace for customer service.

Put mirrors in the private fitting rooms. Very odd to have to go out into a giant space and share mirrors with a ton of people. Not a great idea when body dysmorphia is real and alive.
