I moved from Xfinity to AT&T through a Costco kiosk and it has been a veritable nightmare. The 300 bucks I agreed to well an additional 200 was debited without my approval causing my Costco purchases to fail. I recently attempted to return 4 phone for which I am being charged over four grand to the Factorial store and as soon as I walked in to an EMPTY store I knew I was in for a rough ride. Don't give AT&T your business, I am a magenta convert all the way

Excellent store, Jesus (Chewy) was very knowledgeable and tried to help me in every way he could. I walked out with a new phone and headphones for the same price I was paying for just my old phone.

Patient and helpful staff. Went there twice for porting prepaid to postpaid. First time was told i have to talk to online customer service. But cs didn't help either. Second time i was seen by the same guy Jacob. Jacob help us do the porting. It took 1 hour. Jacob was very patient and helpful. Thank you Jacob

Sadly they were not able to help me with my ATT prepaid card registration issue. They told me something about my phone not being compatible and to buy a new phone. Phone works perfectly fine after figuring out how to register the SIM correctly.

Thank you for helping me today. After the frustrating experience at the first ATT branch, I decided to give it another shot and visited a this branch. In just one visit, the staff at the bellevue branch efficiently and accurately resolved my issue, completely contrasting the ineptitude I encountered previously. It's astounding how a single visit to the right branch made all the difference in rectifying the situation.

Both sales people Erik and Sam were amazing to work with. Erik was very helpful and navigated a serious billing issue which was able to resolve right in the spot. Kudos to Erik.
