Very bad service. I went to the store and a female employee greeted me. I told her what I wanted and she said she understood. She went to the back room to ask other people again and again. She didn't know her business. She had to ask the same simple question three times. I was in the store for 40 minutes and none of the questions were solved. The manager came out and didn't apologize but blamed us for our bad attitude.

I recently visited the ATT store at Bellevue Square. Lexi could not have been kinder or more efficient. I had just gone through the traumatic experience of having my iPhone stolen while at the Apple Store. She quickly activated my new iPhone and her cheerful concern was very consoling.

Erik Didn’t wanna help me change my screen protector even though I’m on the account didn’t seem to care either. I’ve worked for AT&T before and you don’t need a ID if your on the account

I've called many AT&T stores in King County and by far the one at the Bellevue mall is the best one. AJ is really knowledgeable and patient with her customers and she goes step by step with the process. Other AT&T stores were not helpful and does not know their products very well but AJ was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable.

Worst experience every with this AT&T store. Worst & Inefficient staff. They know nothing and try to cheat you by forcing unnecessary offers (making fool of you). This happened twice with me (Initially thought it was one off case for the first time. But its the second visit which I realized that, this particular store is deceiving customers and no other store does it)

TDLR: I visited the AT&T store at Bellevue Square on 5/29/30 and ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I want to share my experience to warn others and suggest a better option nearby. At the AT&T store in Bellevue Square, the assistants, including the manager Eric, seemed more interested in making money than solving problems. Eric even lied about a $50 restock fee if I wanted to cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it, which I later confirmed with another AT&T store being not true. I had a very frustrating experience and wished I had visited the AT&T store at 821 Bellevue, just a 5-minute walk away, to save myself over 5 hours of hassle.
Here’s what happened:
On 5/29/30, around 2 PM, after the Apple Care team at Bellevue Square determined my iPhone XR couldn't be restored, I needed a new phone urgently. My SIM card was also broken, and Apple couldn't help. Being a loyal AT&T customer, I thought getting a new phone and SIM card at the AT&T store right across from Apple would be quick and easy. Unfortunately, this was just the beginning of a nightmare.
When I walked into the AT&T store, I asked if they had any deals on iPhones. Mohiska mentioned a Mother’s Day deal: if you buy an iPhone 15 and enroll in a 36-month payment plan, you get an iPad for just an additional dollar per month. This sounded great, but when I asked for more details, Mohiska was impatient and only provided minimal information to each question. I am not the type of person who make instant decision without sufficient information, and this deal is too good to be true without questions. At one point, I even straight-up asked Charles what "iPad will have its individual data" meant, and he misleadingly said it just meant having Wi-Fi access, not mentioning the additional costs—which they later claim that they had disclose the required information.
After completing the iPhone purchase, they informed me that the iPad would cost an additional ~$20 per month for 36 months for the data plan. Shocked by this unexpected cost, I paused the iPad purchase to think it over. It became clear that these assistants were more like salespeople, interested in making money rather than helping customers. There was no way I would pay $720 for an iPad and data plan I wouldn't use.
By now, I had already purchased an iPhone 15, which they said would arrive in two days. I asked if we could cancel the order and place another one for an in-stock iPhone. Manager Eric said it was possible but would incur a $50 restock fee. Later, I found out from another AT&T store that this fee was a lie unless the iPhone case was opened.
After a lot of hassle, I got a temporary phone and discovered my SIM card was deactivated because it was transferred to the not-yet-arrived iPhone. No one at the Bellevue Square store mentioned this, but the AT&T store at 821 Bellevue told me they could have issued a temporary SIM to prevent this problem.
When I returned to the Bellevue Square store at 8 PM to address the $50 restock fee lie, Mohiska, who had been proactive during the sales process, now claimed ignorance and told me the manager had left for the day. I asked to record our conversation for both our protection, but they declined.
I'm writing this review out of frustration. To make it even worse, another two hours will need to be allocate to visit the AT&T store again to cancel this order and take my business elsewhere.
