I went to AT&T in Bellvue mall . I had a big problem , my orded phone lost. Fabiola was really kind and amazing emplyee , she speak with customer service for long time for me and solve my problem and order me a new phone. I was really disappointed when I went to that AT&T but Fabiola calmly solved my problem I really appreciate her and i will always do my work with her. I really recommend AT&T in Bellvue mall specially refer to Fabiola.

Vic is my guy at ATT.I have struggled to get my iPhone fixed since Oct. nobody either wanted to take the time or could figure out my issue (was not receiving calls). I came into the ATT store and Vic sat down and spent the time and effort to take care of the issue. I am so grateful to him and highly recommend him and thank him for his patience and persistence in solving my phone issue.Thank you Vic!

Xami at the Bellevue Square store is a brilliant tech person who makes the difficult simple. We’d been trying to purchase 2 new phones for a week and she helped us in about ten minutes! A very valuable employee.

Kudos to Eric! My phone 12 was de-activated before my new phone arrived. I called customer service line few times and went to Factoria AT&T store but no luck. Eric used less than 10 minutes to have the issue solved. Great appreciated his expertise!

Do not drop off for your trade in device in here, worst experience with un-professional staff. I checked the trade-in value over and over again and got the paperwork, but it never made it to the bill. I call to customer service and they add wrong trade-in value.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. My newly purchased iPhone was dead right out of the box from ATT. When I went to the ATT store for a replacement, they directed me to the Apple Store, only to be redirected back to ATT ?. After a frustrating wait, they quickly informed me that my phone model was out of stock. It's disappointing that they can lie to a customer's face about the availability of the phone model. The service was disappointing and it’s better to avoid this store.

This AT&T visit was successful and without disappointment! Ms. M. Lalwani Retail Sales Consultant in Bellevue WA was determined not to disappoint this loyal longtime customer. She took extra steps to contact other department heads to come up with a phone upgrade that I could afford considering my unique circumstances. Thanks go to her for insuring that I didn’t leave without an excellent solution.
