This store has been closed without notice or warning since AT LEAST June 2, 2025. I’ve been back 4 days in a row during business hours and it’s been padlocked closed. Merchandise is still inside though. But it’s closed.

Calling AT&T, customer service I got a recording promising a callback in three days. Or I can hold on the line. I've been on hold for an hour and a half, subjected to music makes you want to move Mexico and recross the border to get free non ATT phone and service for free. I Switched to Starlink while on hold and its been delivered to my house and is working great all in the time I have spent on hold. AT&T: where the wait times are longer than you might have to live. My god my kids grew and went to college while i'm waiting on hold and the music is worse than the customer service. I WAS NOT GOING TO SEND THIS REVIEW BUT NOW WE ARE ON TWO HOURS. SO THE NEXT THING BUTTON I TOUCH IS THE POST BUTTON,

I cannot give enough kudos to Alex and the Factoria AT&T store. I bought a new iPhone and somehow, in transferring over from an old iPhone, the e-sim was not taking. I spent a couple of hours over two days with AT&T phone support trying to resolve this, to no avail. When I went in to Alex’s store the first things we tried did not look good, but Alex persisted. And persisted. And persisted. He even continued researching the problem while I left for a couple of hours. When I returned his Hail Mary worked. He went above and beyond and it sure paid off it the end. Thank you, Alex!

I should have read the reviews first. It seems adding extras without people knowing is a trend here. I literally told the sales rep all I wanted was a phone with nothing else and I left and found out they added the protection plan and Next Up. Went back to the store and asked why they added it and they made up that they have to add it and it is up to the customer to get rid of it before two weeks or be charged. They said to call customer service if I have any issues getting rid of it. Absolutely shady store.

Terrible customer service for explaining how I could get money back for my old iPhone didn’t care and basically told me to go tell corporate. That’s not how you give customer service it makes me not want to go to another AT&T store in the future even though I am a user of the network.

Well laverdac I'm not happy with t&t because we went to see if we didn't change from t mobile to t&t but it wasn't possible because we didn't have 6 months with t Mobil and now it turns out that they sent us a bill of 543 $dollar and when we never had an account ?

Contrary to a lot of the other things said about this store, I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences here. No matter who is working, whether it be Maria, Nyny, or another employee helping out during a time where everyone is short staffed, I am always treated with respect, kindness, and priority! Sometimes there is a wait, which is entirely understandable and not at all the fault of the young ladies trying their hardest at this busy store. I came in for a small tech issue. Only one person was working at the time and she made sure to greet me as soon as I came in, and told me it would be just a little bit before she could get to me as a few people were already waiting. I was happy to wait and browse their products while she took care of the others! I felt welcomed and at home during my time at this store. A little kindness and a lot of patience goes a long way, and I could tell the girl was thankful to have a pleasant interaction as a lot of people were rather rude about things that were clearly not in her control. Keep being you, ladies! You’re doing a wonderful job.

I almost never do reviews, but I need to do this one for people considering this store. This is the third time that I purchase a phone or add a new phone line. Every single time I confirm with the staff that there are no additional charges to the ones convened.Every single time a few months later I check the bill and I see items added I never requested and confirmed with the staff that I will not be charged for (ie Phone insurance). Another review called this Fraud, and I would tend to agree. This is unacceptable.

Nobody picks up phone after an hour of trying. Certain questions can be resolved only with manager and in-person. However, manager is not available when we come and nobody can tell me Maria's working schedule for in-person conversation. Disappointing.Also, similar Fiona's experience (another customer) we purchased two new phones in their store. We didn’t want to do any changes to our current plan. However, we were charged a $45 protection insurance plus phone upgrade feature for 2 phones without ever informing us. This is fraud.

the store assistants are changed frequently. last day and today when i visited , one young black woman is very rude and refused to help at all! the excuse is they didn't sell the att product so could not help even they could and play phone for nobody there. and more disgusting, even doesn't allow another young white to assist either. really feel sick for this service. with att logo and dont provide att service even they are idle.
this is the post 4 yrs ago. nice guys, pleasant experience to buy a line

The rep I worked with in this store was really awful. I purchased a new phone in their store. I told her that I don’t want to do any change to my current plan. She confirmed with me that there will be no additional change to my current plan but it turns out that she added a $45 device protection on my line and upgraded my line without informing me. This is fraud. I personally will not do business with them again and I strongly suggest you keep this in mind to prevent same thing happen to you.
