Contrary to a lot of the other things said about this store, I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences here. No matter who is working, whether it be Maria, Nyny, or another employee helping out during a time where everyone is short staffed, I am always treated with respect, kindness, and priority! Sometimes there is a wait, which is entirely understandable and not at all the fault of the young ladies trying their hardest at this busy store. I came in for a small tech issue. Only one person was working at the time and she made sure to greet me as soon as I came in, and told me it would be just a little bit before she could get to me as a few people were already waiting. I was happy to wait and browse their products while she took care of the others! I felt welcomed and at home during my time at this store. A little kindness and a lot of patience goes a long way, and I could tell the girl was thankful to have a pleasant interaction as a lot of people were rather rude about things that were clearly not in her control. Keep being you, ladies! You’re doing a wonderful job.

I almost never do reviews, but I need to do this one for people considering this store. This is the third time that I purchase a phone or add a new phone line. Every single time I confirm with the staff that there are no additional charges to the ones convened.Every single time a few months later I check the bill and I see items added I never requested and confirmed with the staff that I will not be charged for (ie Phone insurance). Another review called this Fraud, and I would tend to agree. This is unacceptable.

Nobody picks up phone after an hour of trying. Certain questions can be resolved only with manager and in-person. However, manager is not available when we come and nobody can tell me Maria's working schedule for in-person conversation. Disappointing.Also, similar Fiona's experience (another customer) we purchased two new phones in their store. We didn’t want to do any changes to our current plan. However, we were charged a $45 protection insurance plus phone upgrade feature for 2 phones without ever informing us. This is fraud.

The rep I worked with in this store was really awful. I purchased a new phone in their store. I told her that I don’t want to do any change to my current plan. She confirmed with me that there will be no additional change to my current plan but it turns out that she added a $45 device protection on my line and upgraded my line without informing me. This is fraud. I personally will not do business with them again and I strongly suggest you keep this in mind to prevent same thing happen to you.

This store is awful! Anytime I’ve came in with an issue they are quick enough to send me right out the door to a “corporate” location specifically the Bellevue square location. They claim they can’t do certain things like upload a badge for teacher discount and that only corporate stores can do that. So if only corporate stores can do certain things why are you guys open?

I'd like to share the wonderful assistance by Fab and Maria.A couple of weeks ago, I had some questions about trading my iPhone 12 Pro to the 15 Pro. Fab was very helpful and we worked out the trade. During this time, a person came into the store and Fab was very professional in acknowledging the person and informing them that she would assist them in a couple of minutes. We worked out the trade.Then after my 15 Pro arrived, Maria greeted me and assisted with the transfer to the 15 Pro. I was very hesitant at the time as Apple had issues with the 15 Pro & Max upgrades stalling forcing users to connect to a PC to update. Apple had come out with a fix the day before I came in. The upgrade worked flawlessly.Both Fab and Maria were extremely knowledgable and professional. I appreciate their help.The switch worked flawlessly.

Highly recommended store. We had an issue with activating a new line. Employee at the store knew exactly how to fix it and we were in/out in less than 5 minutes. November 2nd, 2023 at 12:45pm.

How do you screw up customer service when you sell phones and customers just want to walk in having already made up their minds to buy a new phone. You talk to this store and get mocked by the rep about having a phone that is cracked because being clumsy is funny? I ask to get the new iPhone 15 with a case that has the built in battery to get some snarky comment about if I'm dropping my phone I should get apple care too? No.

Associate greeted us by asking “do you need help with something quick or that will take awhile”. When I explained our issue he said he was busy helping another customer and he wouldn’t know when he would be able to get to us. I asked how long he thought it would be and he said it would be awhile and then asked if we would “stick around”. It felt like he was clearly encouraging us to leave cuz he didn’t want to help us so we just left. If you need customer service or support on an AT&T service you are already for, don’t come here.

This place is amazing, Scarlett is an amazing manager and her reps Katlyn and Nghi are outstanding!! I came in last week about a billing issue (i had signed up for a protection plan accidentally, whoops!) and these 3 went above and beyond to help me. they informed me of my mistake and showed me how to remove it from my account and how to avoid adding it in the future. Its so amazing to walk into a store with such dedicated and intelligent workers!! This will forever be my at@t!!!

I had an issue with my phone and service a few weekends ago while traveling, and so I went into this att store. I had the pleasure of speaking with Scarlett. She was so incredibly helpful, so knowledgeable and made sure that everything was working before I left the store. I’m so incredibly grateful to her! 10/10 would definitely go back here and ask for Scarlett by name if I’m ever back in the area.

Kaitlyn, Scarlett, and Nghi were so wonderful and incredibly helpful. They were so wonderful and incredibly helpful. I have been to other AT&T stores in the area and they by far are the best. They helped me with a new phone, and my son upgrade his phone. they were so patient and kind it was a pleasure and I will never use another AT&T store.
