6/17 EDIT: The store management responded to this review and I emailed them on 5/23. I never received a response and stand by my original review. If you were also SCAMMED by this store, file an FCC complaint online (there are Reddit posts for how to do this) and AT&T will reach out to you and issue you full billing credits within a week. This was the only solution I found after months of dealing with this store and customer service!

My experience here has been both extremely frustrating and costly. I never received trade-in credit or accessories credits that were promised by the manager at this store, and now am stuck paying hundreds more.
On 11/5/2024, I went to this AT&T store to open a new account from T-Mobile and trade in my iPhone 14. The manager told me my trade-in would cover the entire cost of the iPhone 16 Pro and I was also eligible for accessories credits and even a free Apple Watch. Because of the offer, I got Airpods and a phone case, but didn’t get the watch (thank god) and was reassured by the manager multiple times I'd receive a billing credit in full. I dropped off my iPhone 14 and was told I’d receive the credit in 2-3 billing cycles.
It’s been six months and no credit was applied for either the phone or the accessories. I wasted hours every month since November asking this store why I haven’t seen any credits, and was told to be patient because they were “processing” since I am a new customer. Now it is 6 months past and they have not been able to help me. The worst part is according to AT&T customer service there is no record of my trade-in or the accessories promotion that was offered to me - they aren’t able to compensate me since they claim they never received my phone and they have no idea what promotion I received.
Now, I am paying monthly installments for a phone and accessories that were promised to be credited in full. This has been such an emotionally draining experience and if I knew I’d end up paying for everything myself with no credits, I would have never opened anything here.

ZERO STARS !!! Absolute mismanagement and poor customer response. I dropped a trade-in device in Dec'24 and have still not received credits. It has been over 6 months and the store people are completely ignorant of what happened and are not able to guide on next steps. It has been extremely frustrating experience. I have walked-in to the store multiple times to enquire about the traded-in device and each time they either get the details say they are emailing or write it down in a piece of paper just to ignore it later.It is not acceptable to take a trade-in device worth 800+ $ and lose it with no clear next steps. Worst experience. Please give the device back or add the credits !!!

On October 16, 2024, I, a customer, traded in my Google Pixel 8 Pro at this AT&T store for a promised credit toward purchasing an iPhone 16 Pro Max. I specifically paid off the debt on my Google Pixel 8 Pro to meet the Trade-in requirements. The staff accepted my phone but provided no receipt or Trade-in agreement. Over six months later, I have received no credit, and the store claims there’s no record of my device in their system.
I visited the store four times to resolve this issue, but each time, employees were unhelpful, citing missing records, and refused to connect me with a manager. On April 14, 2025, an employee outright denied me the manager’s contact information, forcing me to call the police to escalate the matter. Only after police intervention did I receive the manager’s email, but my two emails went unanswered. May 14, 2025, will mark exactly one month since I called the police, and I plan to do so again, as I suspect my phone was simply misappropriated.
I have a payoff receipt for the Google Pixel 8 Pro and a photo of the phone’s box with the serial number and IMEI as proof, but this store’s negligence and unprofessionalism are unacceptable. This experience has been infuriating, and if unresolved, my family of three will switch to another carrier. Avoid this location at all costs—terrible service and no accountability!!!

I visited the store on February 1st, 2025, to drop off a device for trade-in, and the process went smoothly. While there, an executive (Alfanso) offered me a deal on the AirPods Pro 2, where I would just pay the taxes and $2.99 per month for 12 months.
However, even after more than two months, I have not received any credits or promotions on my account as promised. I even visited the store multiple times, but there’s still no update or credit applied. No help from the store too.
Please be cautious and make sure you get all promotional details in writing if you are offered any special deals.

I was just in to port my Google Voice number to AT&T. Ashton was unbelievably patient and extremely competent in getting this done and then helping me setup my iPhone the way I wanted. I’m so impressed and pleased. Highly recommend!

Added so extra stuffs. I didn’t even get device from them. Just requested a cheapest unlimited adding to my already two sim. But this dude added insurance for device I didn’t have. So make no sense here, I had no device but this dude added insurance for my device that doesn’t exist.

Just needed to give a big shoutout to the reps that have helped me and my boyfriend over the past couple of weeks. Each person that we’ve interacted with has been so wonderful and helpful each time. I wish I grabbed all of their names to properly thank them. Kenley and the woman working today both were amazing along with the man that helped us out a couple of weeks ago (I believe he said he was from Kansas City!). You all were so great! Thank you!
