My car broke down on my way to work, and I got to the closest shop. I’m so lucky it was this business. Such a great crew, who was kind and had my car done within a few hours. Price was fair and I was explained each step and problem. Really appreciate these guys and will be going back. Highly recommend!!!

Honest, Helpful, and Worth the Drive
I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to a nearby shop and was hit with an $11k estimate for urgent repairs. Overwhelmed, I went to Auto Dynamix for a second opinion based on a coworker’s recommendation—& I’m glad I did.
The team was welcoming (plus, there was a friendly shop dog!). While I grabbed lunch nearby, they assessed the vehicle and later walked me through a clear, printed estimate—explaining what was urgent, what could wait, & even suggested one repair be done elsewhere since they didn’t have the right equipment.
The total? About $6k for everything. No pressure, just honest, helpful advice that left me feeling informed. That peace of mind helped me decide to trade in the car instead of making all the repairs.
Auto Dynamix is now my go-to shop. It’s not the closest for me, but it’s worth the trip to work with David & the whole team!

Didn’t know how to answer questions
Ok since the owner replied, here is additional details
I reached out to this shop with a simple question: What was the most expensive repair they had done here? This had nothing to do with my car specifically—I just needed a general answer to make a financial decision. Any reputable repair shop should have a record of major work done, but instead of being honest, they played dumb and pretended not to know, just so they could push me into paying for a diagnosis I didn’t need.
Who doesn’t know the most expensive job they’ve done? Either they’re completely disorganized, or they’re deliberately withholding information to squeeze money out of customers. Neither is acceptable. If this is how they operate, I wouldn’t trust them with a simple oil change, let alone a major repair. Take your business elsewhere and find a shop that values transparency and integrity.

I have been there several times. David is super nice and honest.
He will tell you what your car need and also tell you the cost upfront.
Except the upfront cost is way less than the final bill.

I took my vehicle there for a specialized job and to my embarrassment it had already been done. The team did not charge me and very generously discussed the vehicle with me. I wish I had more work to give them to be honest, I'm sure I'll be back.

I have been coming to Auto Dynamix for nearly 15 years with multiple cars and have never had one bad experience there EVER! Khea and David run the absolute best auto repair shop on the Eastside. If you are looking for a fair and honest auto repair shop that does exceptional work, you will not find a better one than Auto Dynamix. I would give them 6 STARS if it was possible!!

I was recommended this shop by a friend and I’ve had nothing but great experiences the times I brought my car in. They worked on my Ford Taurus and my current Mazda 3. Dave is amazing and one of the nicest people I ever met. He is honest and committed and everyone there is super friendly. I needed my driving belt replaced as an emergency and he was able to get the part and replace it within 2 hours same day. They are worth the drive from Lynnwood to Bellevue for me because I know I can trust them. I can only say great things about Auto Dynamix!
