I scheduled a test drive this morning for a certified car. When I arrived, I was told that it is not ready for test drive and rescheduled for tmr. Later in the afternoon, I received a pricing change alert as I subscribed for that car and noticed the listed price goes up by 10%. It is really frustrating to see how they manipulated the price. BTW, the original listed price is already higher than KBB value from certified dealer.

Not at all professional they don’t care , value for their customers time …. Can’t keep up the promises they make in regards to services they provide … my service advisor is hector and he completely ignored my requests about my service deadlines and not great working with .. my Volvo has problem with the engine and they started oil consumption test and I have to drive 1000 miles before the next step and they literally have be hard time to schedule next service appointment and I had to literally come to the location to make them do it … such a poor customer service I am gonna report this to Volvo

I had a great experience purchasing my Volvo XC 60 from your dealership. Blake Bonasera was excellent at finding the right car for me and showing me all the pluses and minuses. I also appreciated Jason. They make a good team.
I was not looking forward to going through this process of a new car, but it was easy and the people were super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend… And I am recommending… Bellevue Volvo.
Anyway, thanks for all your help. I am a happy Volvo buyer.

I had a great experience with this dealership. My sales person, Chandler Ameny, had been working with me for about a month attempting to find the right car. He kept me advised of new cars coming onto the lot, and we ended up putting together a deal when the right thing came along. I appreciated his persistent unintrusive approach to sales. The sales manager and the credit manager were good to work with as well.
I would return to this dealership when I am next in need of a vehicle.

Called late Sunday to confirm the car I wanted was still there - came in first thing Monday and left in less than 2 hours with my new car!
Big thank you to Madison who made everything possible. Extremely professional and answered every question I had throughout the entire process.Jason and Mark were a great help and made sure everything went smoothly as well.
Felt great about the warranty numbers and putting together something that made sense for my needs. (Finance is usually the driest part of the process and Mark was so great to work with)
Overall a very professional no-nonsense dealership experience and I was happy to hear my friends had the same experience here as well! Definitely ask for Madison when you call!

Rude sales person! I walked in around 5pm on Sunday and the older sales person by the door asked me if I’m buying a car today. He said I can show you a car but we’re closing soon. We picked XC 60 to look at then he said this may be too expensive for you. I will take my business elsewhere!
