In person experience here is great. I had a flat tire and they were able to take care of me right away. They kept me up to date the whole way, where efficient with check out and answering any of my questions quickly. You could really tell this team took pride in doing good work.My only constructive feedback is that the Volvo service website it not intuitive to use and some common things I was looking for I could not find or select. Basically, skip the website and just call them directly.

We took our time looking at various models. At no point did our salesman Adrian make us feel like we were taking too much of his time. When we did select one, the purchase process was incredibly easy. This dealership will be our go to the next time we're in the market for a new vehicle.

In a world where good customer service is an expected element of any transaction, Hector, his Technician and the whole crew at Bellevue Volvo have not only met, but far exceeded my hopes. Five stars does not fully convey my positive experiences (I have now had the pleasure of receiving two service appointments for my aging vehicle). Over the phone and in person, everyone here gives genuine kindness, attention to detail and professionalism, creating an unparalleled experience. The concern for my satisfaction was evident from my initial phone call scheduling a service appointment through every interaction I have now had (and no doubt, any future contact as well). I greatly appreciate the time Hector has taken with me, explaining any mechanical issues, and strategizing for future needed repairs; giving me the confidence to make crucial decisions without sacrificing safety.Hector's guidance coupled with that of the Service Technician (I believe his name is Wadil, apologies if I'm incorrect) have empowered me in my efforts to care for my 2005 XC 70, so much so that I will continue to use Bellevue Volvo, even though I am moving 97 miles away to Hoods Canal!

Had a great and easy experience with their service department. Very easy to accommodate with a busy schedule, and their expectations around how long an appointment will take was on target. Will be going to these guys more often for our car check ups!

We visited Volvo Cars Bellevue today with the cash on hand ready to purchase a vehicle based on what was communicated via email. Our salesman said he would be able to take off certain fees if we visited in person. However, our salesman was not there and our agreement in email was not honors when we arrived.. And of course a few things listed in the Ad and on their site that were supposed to be included were not and the salesman wanted to charge us extra for them when we got there.I wish i had not wasted my whole family's time and theirs today.
