Whenever I take my car in to the dealership (which can be a nervous thing for some) I know that I’m in the best hands had nothing but positive experience with these guys. Huge shout out to Alper G. AutoNation Ford of Bellevue always exceeds my expectations I was running late for my appointment and they were more than understanding still was able to squeeze me in and get the work done that I needed in a timely manner My former Ford dealership would cancel my appointment if I wasn't there on time or within 10 minutes. Danielle is awesome remembers my name and pulls my car around for me always explains in detail what work is getting done and then what work should be getting done soon and obviously lets me know during the course of service if they find anything out of the ordinary. Very clean facility quiet free coffee free water The sales team isn't lurking in the background. And they have special coupons so go to AutoNation Ford Bellevue and click on the coupon link in just about every service they do you can get some sort of discount.

I was immediately welcomed by an employee, my appointment details were confirmed and I added the request for new wipers. The team was professional and very friendly, and they listened to my needs. I felt totally comfortable that they would take good care of my vehicle. Thanks for great people and following up with good communication by text. We are longtime Ford owners and appreciate a well-trained service team. Jess was personable and gracious with her time and availability for my future needs. Ford of Bellevue today was great to replace my remote key for Ford Explorer. After quickly determining that the key needed to be replaced, they found new key in stock and Dimitri immediately started programming the new key. Kept me updated throughout and resolved issue within the hour. Everyone was very customer service focused including the Sales rep who opened door and escorted me to parts.

I'm generally pleased with the maintenance service at Automotion Bellevue. However, I encountered an issue where I requested tire and fluid services, but the team didn't perform them despite saying they did. To avoid similar issues in the future, I'll make sure to double-check the services performed. I suggest providing a detailed service report to ensure transparency. This experience has taught me to be more vigilant and not solely rely on the service team's claims.
