I’m warning all people that buy a used cars from here stay away! They will lie to you tell you that stuff is professionally done and it will not be. My son was driving on the free way and the truck we bought him started smoking cause they didn’t fuse aftermarket lights. Buyer beware!Finance gave me someone else’s paper I have called them on number occasions to get my paperwork I have heard nothing. Paid for truck in full still do not have title and it’s been months. I would add photos don’t wanna embarrass the company. Stay away from Tim in sales he looked me dead in the eye told me and assured me the truck was perfect! How can you sleep at night TIM?

I had a great experience taking my car in for an oil change and multi-point inspection. I dropped my car off and returned at the end of the day to pick it up and the entire process was smooth and as expected. Shoutout to Brad for being funny and sociable the whole time I was in there. Will be back again in the future

The team at AutoNation Ford Bellevue goes the extra mile for extreme customer satisfaction. I ordered a 2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak and would highly recommend Matt Stockton if you’re in the market for a new Ford. I had a seamless transaction with all my expectations exceeded by a country mile when working with Matt. I purchased a late model Subaru Outback a week ago. As a longtime dealership employee, the pricing strategy was refreshing and welcome. I was treated well, my trade was quickly appraised and a fair value given, and we had a smooth transaction. There were a couple small items on the vehicle found during the road test and delivery (needed a new battery and second key) but those items were quickly rectified. All in all, a very positive experience. The staff and management were respectful, straight shooting, and communicated well with me, before, during, and after the sale.

Incredibly positive experience with everyone we worked with at Auto Nation including the GM, Billy and our sales team, Jacob and Tanner.We got a better truck than we thought we would get for a great price and the team was super efficient which we appreciated as we had our 3 kids with us. I worked with Jacob on two recent purchases. One with my son who bought a Ford-350 and a few weeks later with my husband who purchased a Ford-150. Jacob was exceptional in both transactions. He was helpful, informative, responsive and made the process so much less stressful. Jacob’s cheerful demeanor also really added positively to the buying process. Thank you Jacob!

As a Ford car owner, I've had a less than satisfactory experience with AutoNation Ford in recent years. Here are a couple of instances that stood out:1. I had a service recall that took more than two years to address, requiring multiple visits to this dealership. It was only when Ford requested a survey that their Service Manager and General Manager began to take notice. To their credit, they did offer a free service as an apology.2. I received a letter from them offering a free checkup, so I decided to take advantage of it. However, after waiting for nearly three hours, I had to inform them that I needed to leave for my next appointment. The service advisor hastily showed me some paperwork, claiming that the service was complete and that the results would be emailed to me. Regrettably, I never received any follow-up, even after reaching out to their General Manager via email. It seems like sharing another honest review may be necessary for any action to be taken.

I had an appointment at 9:40 to get 2 recalls done on my F150. I was told it would take 3 hours. I left, cane back at 1pm to find that they hadnt even started work on my truck yet. Sweet, I love spending all day at the Ford dealer! The service person was nice, but that doesn't get my time back. The service manager should step up to make sure things don't fall through the cracks like this especially when an appointment is made.

Their "One Price" approach was a little different when I first started the process. But the lack of "pressure" to buy and the ease of the experience became more and more apparent. Tim and Billy in sales, Chris in finance, Donavan and Jackson in service all made this probably the easiest car buys in my life. The showroom was beautiful and the rest of the staff was friendly as well. We have been Jeep owners for 12+ years, we are now Ford owners. But we still have our Jeeps.

Started off great and stayed that way. First, wound up on the phone with the Service Manager Josh, who took the time to take all my info and schedule appointment. Very nice touch. I was traveling through town and it’s always hard to find someone to get you in quickly. Next they sent actual videos from the tech of the walk around he does of your truck. Under the hood AND under the truck. This is such a great touch. You can see why they make the repair suggestions that they do. And Donovan my service writer was great too. Got me a shuttle to get some lunch and a Lyft back. Great people there. Highly recommend.

Friendly dealership overall. We ordered a vehicle and had it delivered here for pickup. Everything was worked out before we arrived at our appointment so it should have been quick. The finance/extra warranty guy was pretty high pressure, even though we weren’t interested in any extended warranties and didn’t need financing. Overall, the vehicle purchase took about 3 hours…about 2 hours longer than it should have with everything prearranged.

This review is specifically directed towards used car sales.Overall my experience here buying a used car here was very enjoyable and comfortable. Jacob was amazing to work with -- super friendly, fun, and consistently went out of his way to ensure I had a good experience. He was also very transparent throughout the process, which I appreciated very much. Like me, he is a car enthusiast and is very knowledgeable on cars in general -- we had lots to talk about, and you can tell he genuinely loves cars and wants to help people find the right car for them.My experience with the used car finance department was also great; friendly, transparent and most importantly, no hidden fees or extras added on at the last moment.I will update this review to include the service department if needed once I get my car serviced outside to see how good of a job they did servicing/inspecting my car before my purchase, but overall for the used car sales/finance department I had a great experience and would recommend!
