Avier changed my approach to using Microsoft’s powerful DCP benefits, completely transforming our family’s financial trajectory. They have been invaluable in helping us defer significant tax obligations and make better investment choices to grow our portfolio faster than we imagined. Even more critical was their customized strategy for DCP payout, which is more complicated than I first realized. We would have incurred a very large, unnecessary tax burden upon leaving Microsoft without their analysis and advice. Avier knows Microsoft’s compensation plan better than anyone, and their advisors are top notch!
