This particular store somehow always has hard-to-find or sold out online items in stock. Every time I'm in here they always have at least a couple of the Star Wars Ultimate Collection sets available and scalpers have had those up for easily 2x the price at any given time. They even had the Creator Expert Titanic set on my last visit and that's been OOS on the Lego website since before the holidays.Staff is always wonderful here; a great shopping experience every time.

This store has the best staff and management, if you're looking for a specific set they will help. They also have a lot of harder to get sets (which are sold out online) in stock.

Brick masters were everything I needed. This store was a life saver so close to Christmas. Definitely coming here as a default instead of trying to scavenge around Seattle for a set for my boy.

I have been searching Harry Potter Icon edition since it have been out of stock for a while and lost hope of finding it. I decided to give it a shot and asked the employee who was working there. The employee was friendly and accommodated really well. She told me to call back since they expect it to be delivered to the store on the next day. I called back the next day and turned out that they had it in stock but only for 2 boxes so I kindly asked if they can hold until i get there. They hold it for me and I finally secured the bag!!! Thanks a lot. You guys are awesome

It feels like the staff members truly care about lego, they are really helpful and even assist with picking gifts for others, the store itself is pretty big and has a lot of various sets

It is like any other Lego store, except that the brick selection is very weak and only consists of rarely usable pieces. When asked, they admitted and were very honest to say that it is like this most of the time.

Best store in the zip code!! Great customer service, employees are friendly and fans of the products. Great experience for casual shopper or LEGO fanatic!

Pushing all the furniture inside the storage room 90 mins before the store closing time because the floor cleaners were coming that night and refusing to put a few nursing chairs back on the floor for us to be able yo look at, was an unpleasant experience for my wife and I who travelled all the way to this location leaving our 2 week old son with his grandmom. One of the poorest customer care ever.

This place is awful, it's no wonder this company is bankrupt. They have a horrible selection, staff is unhelpful if you can even find someone, it's dirty. The restrooms look like public park restrooms. Disgusting. I went to find a sound machine, sleep sack, and winter hat for my son. They had none of the above, pretty standard baby items I would think. Don't bother, use Amazon or make the trip to buybuybaby.

I ordered something online to pick up at this store. They didn't have any signs showing where you go to pickup an online order. So I first went into the Babies R Us side and waited in a line for a while before giving up and going to the Toys R Us side. I waited at the customer service desk, assuming that is where you would pick up an order. There was nobody there and the desk itself was TRASHED. There were piles of toys around the counters and flattened boxes and garbage all over the floor. There were a few employees huddled behind the service desk by the registers, but they weren't actually helping anyone, just talking to each other. Finally one emerges and radios someone to come help me with my pick up. Nobody comes... Then another employee wanders over and says someone will be with me in a minute. Then another comes over and says they will radio the person that handles the pickups... For the second time now. The pickup person wanders over with a pile in their arms and says they need to finish what they're doing before they can help me. Clearly in no hurry. They then ask to see my email confirmation, scan it and then wander over to a cabinet to give me my order without bothering to check my ID. The cabinet was right next to all of the employees that were doing nothing... I don't understand why they weren't able to help me. It would have been MUCH faster for me to find the product by myself and stand in the checkout line. I will likely never return to this store. Their employees are completely clueless, they don't seem have any motivation to actually be productive, they are incredibly slow and the store itself was a mess. I'll stick to the Puyallup location.

The checkout process is horrible. I just left the store with some baby food and waited in line for more than half hour. The cashier claimed she is new and they left her alone in the register. Some issues came out and they had no one to help on a timely basis. Till the line grows really long, a manager finally showed up to help and another lady just yelled I can help whoever is next. Some other customers jumped right away to the new register. I got my stuff already in the counter and they did not seem to appreciate my time and just ignore me and help other customers after me. I was trying to grab my stuff to the other counter and they just kept on helping other people who ran to the counter. The whole experience is so awful. I will not waste my time in this store anymore!
