Don't shop here. I bought a pair of pants for $120+, wore them once and figured out they didn't fit as expected. I went to return them and exchange them for a different size but to my surprise the lady wouldn't accept them due to one barely noticeable scuff near the pocket. She was extremely rude about it and acted like I should have known better, when honestly I didn't even notice there was any scuff in the first place. The lady for whatever reason was on her high horse with a stick up her you know what. Anyways, I never write poor reviews like this but it was such a bad experience I felt I had to.

I like how clean and presentable the store is. The staff could use a bit more training in customer service however. I came in to return an online purchase for which a packing slip was not included. I had my order pulled up on my BR app ready to go. The sales associate, Lu (sp?), kept telling me how I could’ve “just taken a picture” and when she couldn’t find my order she kept blaming me for it. I told her I’m reading everything straight off my online purchase history and held my phone out for her to see. Ultimately she pulled it up quickly with my phone number, which would have been faster to begin with. I simply don’t appreciate being chastised for having done everything right as a customer just because she’s not capable of providing assistance.

There is not a lot of inventory. Half of the clothes need to be ordered online.

I had a great experience and Marco was extremely helpful. I needed to buy clothes for a new job, and Marco helped me figure out the right style, the must-have pieces and colors, and the right fit.

The manager is very rude. I was asking a size question. In the middle of conversation, she just ignored me and turned back to smile at a male customer who was being taken care of by her colleague. I was shocked and felt embarrassed not for me but for this woman.

The stylist in the change room (blond lady with an accent ) was so rude. She came up behind me and just started touching me and reaching into my clothes without even saying who she was. She made several people in the change rooms uncomfortable, grabbing the clothes they wanted to try on and giving them her unsolicited opinion. I've never had such an uncomfortable shopping experience. Please give her some training!

Went to return some items I bought online, labels say “Banana Republic.” Store says, these aren’t BR, they are Banana Republic Factory. Why do they have two brands with same name, or at least take returns for each other.

I love this store. I have been shopping at Banana Republic for years. I also have their credit card which has some amazing perks. They have some high quality trendy clothes. The staff at this location are nice and friendly. They also help you out in the fitting rooms for picking out a size or an outfit. I wish they had a bigger selection of sale items though. I have been to other stores where there is a huge selection of sale items. It could be location as well. I had shopped a lot in east coast before. The store is inside the Bellevue square mall, so there is a plenty of parking available. Highly recommend this store in this location .

Michael is the best, I got a shirt for my birthday without a receipt or a tag, and when I was taking off the label I ripped the collar. Michael helped me every step of the way to allow my friend to truly give me an awesome birthday gift. They didn’t have the same shirt in store, so Michael returned it and ordered the new one to be delivered directly to my house. What a boss! Thanks Michael! Makes me want to come to BR more know the reliability and awesome customer service doesn’t disappoint!

I’ve been shopping at BR for as long as I can remember. Love this store, the occasional sales and have dressed my entire family with clothes from here. Went in today & was checked out by an older Asian lady(dark blonde hair). I almost never post reviews but man I almost couldn’t hold my tongue back. The whole 5 minutes she was helping us at the register she acted like we were a HUGE inconvenience for her and had asked her to move mountains instead of simply check us out. I don’t really care if my clothes are tissue wrapped and folded nicely, but when I tell you this woman threw a shopping bag at me and said here you go, and then proceeded to STUFF my newly bought clothes into the bag, not even folded , literally just stuffed them into the bag.. I was at my limit. I’ve never experienced such absolute horrible customer service at BR before. Don’t know how long she’s worked there but wow I will definitely be avoiding her at all costs.

Wow, being a longtime customer with both Banana Republic and Gap, I just had one very unfortunate experience at this store (Bellevue Square). I walked in to check on a shirt. An associate promptly showed up by my side, asking what I was shopping for. So far so good - normal stuff. I told her that I was interested in this shirt. I asked if it was on sale (being that all the stores around it were having sales and Banana Republic normally has sales for selected items so I thought I was asking a normal question). Through her noise, this associate said: 'due to the recent event, we don't have sales anymore.' 'What event?' I asked, thinking that she might meant Covid but all the other stores were having sales. She went on: 'we stop doing sales for sale-only shoppers because of their recent unfriendly behavior.' Ummm, OK. Are the sales stopped for only the sale-only shoppers or everyone? How do they identify who is sale-only shoppers, granted I showed up in t-shirt and tennis shoes on a Saturday. 'You guys normally have coupons for the next purchase. Did that stop as well due this whatever event?' I asked. She said she was not aware of this practice. 'We had a sale last weekend but that ended.' She said. 'If you are a card holder, we have sales on certain days of the week.' So the sales didn't stop? Which is it? I think to myself and in no mood shopping here anymore and walked out For the management, if your company didn't stop sales, make sure your customer-facing associates are trained to give consistent information. I am not a customer that spends thousands on 1 item. Your clientele are for thousands just like me. Yes, you did loose a sale today, and probably for a long time. Your products, whatever good they are, were unfortunately ill represented by your associates at this store. I will definitely go to the store in u-village instead.
