local student here! my mother and i came here for an appointment and were quite disappointed that we had to wait an additional ten minutes beyond the scheduled time. the person scheduling the appointments even told us waiting beyond the scheduled time is normal and we should reschedule if we don’t want to wait, and was super unapologetic about it? except i know that even if we did do that, we would end up waiting either way and wasting more time. the banker was cool but i wish she was more punctual- or that the person scheduling appointments would, if the bankers are regularly late because of lunch or busy hours, at the very least schedule appointments to be more accurate. it’s great that the banker had to have lunch, but it’s really not great that i had to wait an unprecedented ten minutes after needing to skip my own lunch because the bank doesn’t value my time as much as i valued theirs. thanks i guess. please actually change for the better instead of hiding behind the corporation’s help center or whatever because it’s obvious that i’m not the first person with this complaint!

Had an excellent experience at this branch. Was helped by Raine and another person. They were very patient helping me with my mobile banking questions and helped turn around a stressful day.

Even if you have an appointment, and there are bankers who are available, they will just sit there without helping out. Have to wait over 20 mins even with an appointment. Worst service.

I walked into this bank this afternoon. I was walking by a lady sitting near the entry and as I passed her, she asked what I needed and I replied a cashier. She then asked me if I had an account with the bank and I replied, yes I have several. She then asked me to follow her to where the cashiers were stationed and no one was there so she went in a locked door and asked me to wait, not please wait, but wait. She came back out and said it will be about 20 minutes and I asked where is everyone. She replied that the one in the back was busy with a customer, one was at lunch and the other was on a break. I then asked if I could speak to a manager. She replied that she was at lunch too. The fact that everyone was gone and the only other one was in the back with a customer??? What did not help either is the lady's attitude and neglected smile or sympathy with the situation. She did not care at all. I walked out before I said something stupid. To get inside of the bank, you need to park in the garage which is downstairs and take an elevator for this incredible service.UGH!!!Fernando... I will never go back to this branch again. :(

Im so angry at Tommy Pham that I can sue him for the MISLEADING INFORMATION AND DISCRIMINATION I faced today. I read their policy and went there knowing exactly what I need but he kept saying it was impossible!!!! I just did it myself - online. I am so mad at them that I am ready to close my account with this bank! Tommy Pham where is the feedback form?!

I walked into this bank today to do some business transactions and was greeted at the entry by a lady that asked me what I was doing when I walked past her. I said i was going to get some help from a cashier. She said wait I'll walk you back but do you have an account with us she asked. I said yes I do. I have several thank you. I also asked if it made a difference if I did or did not?She just stared at me and walked off to the locked door. When she walked me back where the cashiers are, there was no one there. She said wait a minute please and then came back out and told me it would be 20 minutes before anyone could help me. I asked where is everyone and she replied that the lady in the back was busy with a customer, one was at lunch and the other was on a break. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she replied that she's at lunch tool. This has to be a joke in DOWNTOWN Bellevue for service. To top it off you have to park in a garage before taking an elevator to get into the bank and then be greeted like that. They really don't even deserve a one star!! Horrible service and the welcome lady should at least learn to smile when she's giving us the bad news and/or seem sympathetic at least. Tha manager should have someone at the cashier available during lunch and breaks. Ugh!!!Fernando :(

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Worst experience with any bank I have ever had. That includes their Alaska credit card. I normally don't post bad reviews, but my recent experience with them was the last straw. There are other banks around, no need to stay with the one with terrible customer service!

Always not a good feeling. Very nice, modern clean place BUT the employees I understand ALL of their employees are immigrants but PLEASE train them to an American standard of professionalism and friendliness. My husband and I came in and employees standing talking about dresses they bought through out the whole time we were there. The bank teller was irritated that we came in. And a manager came so close to me I panicked :) it's corona virus in the world , but the lady came up a few inches away from my face asking if we need anything and joined the ladies who were discussing the fashion. My husband usually doesn't care about things like this but he was very confused why she was in his face

This review is for the Mortgage department. Vicky Huynh will not return your calls or be available to you if anything goes wrong or get's tough. I left voice mails that went unanswered, stopped into the branch to see her and she is working out of a different branch for the week (something you should consider before applying for a loan anywhere) no manager on site to problem solve, (there is a manager that manages the entire branch; but does not appear to have any authority or know how to help problem solve a mortgage problem) I sent an email that took 3 days to respond to, and she refused to meet with me to problem solve. I find this problem in general with B of A, not just this branch.

I have been banking here for more than 7 years now and i have always found the staff very helpful. Both me and my wife have accounts here and i never got a chance to complain about anything. They really help you to understand the mechanism of certain things and help you getting it done.Lewis
