I always have the best experience in this bank( particularly this location).Even though I walked in without an appointment, I did not have to wait for long time and the work was done in no time by Mr. Mike. He's an amazing banking professional - efficient and friendly. Also he clarified my doubts patiently.

terrible service, my card was blocked, because of this Verize could not withdraw money from my account, and disconnected my connection, and I was at a dead end, I could not restore the card to pay for the connection, and could not enter my bank account without a connection, I told another bank that this particular location has access, and they should help me. and in this office when I arrived there were 4 managers free, none of them wanted to help me, and they made a fool out of me, and they said that I need to do an apoitment, then they can serve me. and they sent me, I had an emergency, and they didn't want to help me. disgusting customer service!!!

Was a little skeptical at first seeing 2.4 stars, but I took a chance since this branch had ample free parking and a good location.I set up an appointment in advance. They were ready for me when I arrived. No line or wait, I just asked the first person where do I go if I have an appointment. Their tablet was ready for appointment check-in and I was seated immediately. Super organized and well managed.The amicable Ms Ann Chen handled the case I visited the branch for. She's a consummate banking professional - efficient, friendly, knew exactly what she was doing, spoke with clarity, worked fast in an organized fashion -- everything you'd want a banking professional to be! And even though my appointment time was right before her lunch, I never once felt hurried.Whole experience is nothing less than 5 stars. Good job!

I had problems getting cash, I don't understand why, a few seconds before I was able to deposit an amount much larger than what I was asking for ?

I was able to open a bank account and get a credit card pretty easily thanks to Claudia, who is helpful and effective.My only gripe is that they can't open a Merrill Lynch account for people on a TN Visa.

There is never enough tellers during the afternoon rush. The only Financial Center open in downtown Bellevue post and during COVID.

We went to a bank to make a money transfer. The money was released but became stuck in limbo. We were extremely nervous because we only had a short time to complete transaction. Christine, the manager, assisted us by checking on the situation and showing the plan of action. While waiting for my transfer to be processed, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be a Bank of America representative and requesting my PII. I was scared. I went back to the bank and spoke with Christine, who helped me identify the next steps so that we could figure everything out. It took some juggling, but she was supportive throughout and walked us through everything from beginning to end.I really appreciate how patient and helpful she has been throughout the process. I felt like she tried to solve my issue and took care of my needs. Thank you once again!

Completely unacceptable service. Waited 30 minutes in line to learn they were unwilling to help. They turned away 2 other people while I was there. The line to be helped started at 4 or 5 people and grew to almost 14 before they helped a single person. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Easy place to grab cash; their atms allow for $10 withdrawals so I don't have to find a way to break a $20. Appreciated.

Heavily understaffed - would it kill them to hire a second teller - a single teller with throughput of 10 minutes per customer is insane

The tellers are lovely people. The person that walks around with an iPad asking if they can help me while the line is 9-10 people long and then tells me I need to wait in line needs to stop. How about putting down the iPad and getting behind the counter and take care of the people on a first come, first serve basis.
