Took us TWO HOURS to open a bank account here! At first, their system wasn't working. Then, once it finally did start working, the person opening the account kept making mistake after a mistake, not providing any information about the type of account that's being opened, rushing me to sign the documents as soon as I was handed the tablet and refusing to provide a printed contract that I have signed electronically. Had to leave with my address added wrong in the system because they didn't know how to enter it. When I came home, I was not even able to log into online banking, because they had caps lock on their keyboard and didn't tell me that when I was entering the password!!! Absolute mess and unqualified people working here.

Did a time sensitive wire transfer and the associate called me later there was something needing to be fixed. I replied I would be there immediately and he confirmed there would be someone available for me. However, nobody there after I got there (10 mins after the call) and waiting at least 20mins. And the associate was not picking up the phone. The active Manager(who was available) asked me to wait, but it turned out he knew exactly what happened to my case and he later helped the people who came later than me. In the end, I have to stand in line to let one associate handle my case.(associate asked the manager what happened and thanks this associate was able to help me efficiently!) So disrespectful experience! No respect of my time! It was Monday! and even I was not treated as first come first serve rule when it was BOA making some mistakes asking me back to fix!

Syndra was not helpful in answering my questions regarding my Merrill Lynch retirement accounts as she did not take ownership of her role. It took 3 visits and multiple phone calls to correct a mistake in my profile and withdraw.

After going to my home B/A in Chinatown (where I work) to make a deposit and get a credit card without foreign transaction fees for an upcoming overseas trip but not getting anywhere, we went to the Mercer Island branch (where we live) but turned around and left after a intern greeter wanted all sorts of personal information so she could make an appointment for us, we went to the B/A Financial Center in Bellevue where Ushas treated us like royalty and got everything done for us we wanted, and more. Thank you.

This branch is amazing with the friendliest staff. They helped me get my account opened in just a couple of hours even though it was complicated. The people working here are exceptional.

This bank saved my life! The tellers were magnificent and helped me in a week when someone stole my driver’s license. They went out of their way to make my experience kind, pleasant and quick. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they were. I was able to get my license back and put myself back in shape. I will be forever grateful for the two tellers that were in there early yesterday morning. Thank you!

This bank branch is permanently closed. The cash machines no longer work either. I confirmed this with the Bank of America branch a couple of blocks away.

I closed my account last week and there was no pending charges on that account; Bank of America is not giving me my money until ten business days. Ridiculous, what legal rights do you have to hold people's money. I was charged $12 for transferring money from my savings account to checking account (overdraft protection) and your customer service could not offered a better option rather than saying the waiver for maintenance fee is over. In addition, I called your customer service on Friday and was promised a call back within an hour; instead I received a call back between 6-7AM PT the next day on a Saturday morning. Both my husband and I had to call your customer service because we were waiting for over 1 hour to talk to your customer service. Ridiculous customer service!

I deposited my paycheck through the atm here because I was gonna pay my rent online. After doing it I got a receipt saying I wouldn't have access to the majority of my funds for 10 days. I was 57 dollars overdrawn but deposited almost 1900 which is clearly enough to cover overdraft fees. They kept my money from me, right after moving into a new house, a single mom with 5 kids, and I couldn't pay rent or buy groceries because of this lame piece of crap bank. I've called them several times and they keep giving me different reasons they held the check. It makes no sense. After me taking out a loan for gas and groceries, and my late fees tacked on to my rent, b of a is costing me an extra $620 this month. I will never bank with them again.
