This place is big but terrible customer service and food is not good but YET OVER PRICED.I ORDERED the Peking DUCK $100 for which I saw it wheeled to your table and thought I will try it seeing how everyone around me ordered it.When I ordered mine. I got nothing of what I saw other people around me got. Instead I got a plate served to me by this waitress with ALL DUCK FAT PLACED ON A PLATE SERVED to me. It was so disappointing!! Gross too. All fat. All skin. No meat on it. For $100!!! Rip off.I complaint. They did nothing.I emailed the manager Rick who promised me another duck experience but I declined and requested my money back and now 6 Months later he never replied to me. I’m still waiting for my refund Barron. Please do reply to your customers. It’s another PF Chang’s in Bellevue waiting for a shut down. It’s too bad how a company like this treat its customers.Bellevue had over 250+ restaurants in the area. Certainly this business won’t last this it’s 3.8 low rating.

We got their signature peking duck and beef chow fun to go as a special birthday dinner for my dad. The duck was amazing! Skin was super crispy and the meat was tender and juicy, very subtle flavor which went well with the paired condiments. I like how the traditional pancakes were included instead of buns. Only reason for the four stars was because the beef chow fun did meet up to the standards of the duck, it was dry and kind of bland. No stars for atmosphere as we did not dine in. Would love to see how the dine in presentation for the duck is though at some point.

The manager is so hot that I’d go to the restaurant just for him.

the peking duck and tofu soup are great. We were a bit dissatisfied with the truffle rice, would not recommend

The environment is good, but the roast duck is too amateurish, not crispy at all, because the oil is not roasted, so it is not as good as roasting it at home. It's really too much. It's okay to be more expensive. Don't let Americans think that our Peking duck is just this level. Half of the chicken is filled with cucumbers, and the chicken is too hot. Is the boss being a jerk? Is the chicken expensive? So reluctant to use materials.

My kids treated me out for my birthday and the food and service was great. We had a half platter left over duck and asked the waitress to pack everything including the duck bones. Well I got home and discovered we only got the bones? After paying $88 for a duck, seems we got short-changed.

One noodle dish was too chewy for noodle & meat, the rest were fine, but portions were extremely small, I know their portions are small, but it seems that they are getting smaller!

Unfriendly experience. We walked in with my family to have some drinks in the bar and a male waiter was very unfriendly since the moment he saw us sitting in the bar, one of my family greeted him but this waiter didn’t respond and instead had a bad attitude so we walked away from the bar and didn’t have anything since we didn’t appreciate the unfriendly welcoming.

I gave the restaurant another try since it is my old boss favorite place. The quality of the meat was good first time and also this time. We ordered Mongolian Wagyu Beef, Wagyu Beef broccoli and Kung Pao chicken and prawns. Kung Pao was sweet and salty, I like the prawns more than chicken. Mongolian dish was on the salty side, wanted more spicy. Beef broccoli, broccoli cooked perfectly and helped balance out the salty. Eating with steam rice helped balance out the saltiness. Ordered 3 entrees but asked for stream rice, we got one bowl. The favors were better than last time because they added soy sauce (assuming). I did not get chili oil again after requesting one. Expectation is higher because the dishes started around $30. Service was better than last time but it is just ok. It could be Saturday night.

The black gold bum is cold in the middle. The Peking duck is covered in oil and they are not even cutting it properly.

Mondays are the days to go. Peking duck days! $58 instead of the normal $88 for a whole Peking duck. I went in for lunch while out shopping and got that with the passion prawns. The waitress was great. Super nice and, for the most part, attentive. I would go here again.

The room is nice, airy and modern. But side by side with Vivienne's on Mercer Island (a higher end Chinese eatery like Barons) this is a distant second. The turnip cakes were mush, the soup dumplings were fine, the green beans standard, the pea vine standard the hon chow was Al dente and quality noodles but the sauce was just a salty brown sauce. However the Peking duck was excellent. All of the flavors tasted like it came from one recipe without much innovation and here is where it pales to Vivienne's.
