they really need to tune the clock. I arrived the store around 9:55 p.m. trying to get my prescription. someone turn off all the power and tell me to come back tomorrow. What if I missed my golden hour for the med. What if I gonna pass away today without the med. Won’t try again.

stepped in and dropped off my prescription at 7:45, got called at 8:30 and told my insurance is not going through, which i literally just went to another care provider and used insurance, and i know i have insurance.
Since it was too late, and I really need the medicine, I paid out of pocket. It took another 10 minutes after I paid, to get the medicine!

Not convenient at all. Staff is always too busy to help.

I will start by saying Nolan, the store manager is great.
Unfortunately, the majority of his staff fail in customer service. For starters, avoid the pharmacy at all costs. I was in the drive through and had some continuous issues. When I started questioning them to figure out the issue, the employees got annoyed and walked away from the drive thru window, stayed within direct eye sight of me, and ignored me. Specifically, Sisco, instructed all other employees, Damen, Franklin, and bill, to ignore me and walk away from the counter. Nolan helped resolved this issue. I asked Duke, the pharmacy manager to transfer all prescriptions elsewhere. Duke tried to have me jump through, which I involved Nolan, and everything was resolved.
A month later another prescription was filled at this location. Nolan did his best to help figure out the issue, but since he is not involved with the pharmacy there was limited information he could give, which I understood. He talked to Duke to let her know I would be calling her to figure out what was going on. When I called Duke, she was extremely short and rude with me saying things like “what do you want.” Again making me jump through hoops in order for her to resolve this issue. I asked to speak to a manager on duty in the store, because based on my previous experience from a month ago, they were much more helpful than pharmacy employees. I talked to Pete. Pete was the second most rude employee I dealt with in the store, right behind Sisco and his fellow pharmacy techs. Pete interrupted me while I was speaking saying he can’t help me, but he didn’t even know my questions. Each response was spoken with a rude tone and extreme annoyance. He told me he couldn’t do certain things, which I know was a lie, because other managers did the exact same things without hesitation.
My background- I have extensive experience in customer service, including management experience in huge corporations and privately owned businesses. I currently own a business in the customer service industry. The way I was treated was simply unacceptable. To me, as a customer and fellow customer service provider, this store needs some major training in customer service, and to be honest, it seems like this pharmacy needs a clean slate of employees.

After several hours, they said they got the order but haven’t worked on it at all. Wait for another 30 minutes.

They have no stock, the shelves are almost completely empty. What kind of store is this?

I have no problem here with picking up my prescriptions. However, this is not a place where you should get your flu shot, unless you desire to be jabbed in your arm. The person who gave me the flu shot literally jabbed the needle into my upper arm and threw a band aid on it before she ran for the door. A 10 seconds appointment left me in such a sharp pain that warrants no return for future flu shots at this location.

I had my doctor call in a prescription to this store which I didn't need that day so I went the next day. 30+ hours after it was called in they had not even attempted to fill it. Come to find out they had to order it and can't get it in over the weekend so I am stuck without meds dur to their low staffing. Prior to this I had registered online to get the Novavax Covid vaccine only to arrive and be told that they don't have it and don't know when they will get it in but its still listed as available on their website. I had tried to call and confirm but they don't pick up the phone either. I received nothing but platitudes from them as well. No offer to help figure out where I could get my med, nothing to rectify the fact that they have failed to actually be a medical provider. I'll be looking to transfer my meds when this one arrives and won't be coming back.
A second medication was supposed to be ordered and somehow didn't come in. It will be nearly 3 weeks since it was called in when it arrives and has caused me to have to cancel a follow up appointment to assess how the medication is working BECAUSE I CANNOT TAKE A MEDICATION I DO NOT HAVE !!!

I tested positive for Covid for the first time ever. Because of several immune factors, my physician prescribed two critical drugs as well as an OTC. I attempted to call the pharmacy to arrange a pickup at the drive through of all three. The phone wasn’t answered at all twice and was answered and put on hold immediately twice. No one ever picked up. I had my physician transfer the prescriptions to a local Walgreens who immediately filled everything efficiently and courteously. Very helpful. I later received two computer calls from Bartell’s. One to say one of the meds was out of stock and the other to say my insurance didn’t cover another. This was a day later and quite ironic as Wallgreen’s had filled both with no problem. If I’d have waited on Bartell’s I’m sure the delay in obtaining the necessary meds would have resulted in a much more negative outcome for recovery. Everything has gone severely downhill since Rite Aid bought the company. It’s a shame. I was a Bartell’s customer for over 30 years and I just transferred all my care to Walgreens. It’s not safe to do otherwise.

Pharmacy has horribly long wait times. Super disorganized and severely understaffed. This has been a problem for a long time now

Pharmacist provided wrong information which resulted in about an hour of wasted time. It was careless and inconvenient.

My provider convinced me to try this place because they might have better luck getting my prescription that can be more difficult to have filled. Since then I've had nothing but problems getting prescriptions filled here. I receive messages stating my prescription is being filled and when I go in to get it nothing has happened. I ask for a prescription to be filled in person and am told when it will be ready, but when I try to pick it up it's not ready. Their system seems to be broken and they make excuses about being busy while filling prescriptions faster for people who came in later. I'm about done with this place.
