Made an appointment same day to get my screen fixed on my cell. Got there, and they told me that the repair guy was not in today. Taylor was very sincere, and looking to find a solution. He called the South center location, and got me in right away. I would have gave 5 stars, but I am pretty certain that they use inferior glass compared to what comes on a stock Samsung Ultra. I had a ton of micro scratches within days. Had my previous screen for 2 years without that type of wear. Taylor was a bright spot in a crap situation. Hard to find people that care about what they are doing. Keep it up Taylor it's hard to find genuine folks these days.

This location in Overlake a year or so ago was great. The employees and manager took pride in their store. Now it’s kids who are there just to collect a paycheck. Last time I was there they even had a TIP jar out!!! No way is that company policy. The other employee was on the sales floor sitting in a chair in the corner. I’m about to go back to ordering off Amazon.

Picked up a new car battery I’d ordered at their website to get a discount. From start to finish it was a good experience. Installing the battery was more complicated due to my car but they collaborated well to get the installation complete. Would recommend!

I needed a specfic battery. Came in package of 5. HOWEVER, the salesperson stated the price shown on the hang tag was for EACH battery, even though the hang tag said per PACKAGE and not per battery. Grrr. No truth in advertising, basically bait and switch!!!!!!
I WILL NEVER shop there again.

They had the battery to replace the broken one from centurylink. Centurylink for some reason installed a ups with my internet and when the battery went bad, the internet went down.

I ordered a new battery for my Honda CR-V online, and it was ready for pickup and installation even before my scheduled time. The employee who helped us did an outstanding job, not just in replacing the battery, but also in how he interacted with customers. I actually asked if he was the owner (he wasn’t), but it’s rare to see an employee take that much initiative and be so engaging.

Your man Samuel at the 20th Avenue NE location in Bellevue, WA is a stupendous customer service representative! He helped me try to find a battery for a PDA, which according to my daughters is an antique). He was very patient and courteous! I wish all customer service reps could learn from him. He deserves a raise!

Bets place to repair your phone on the East Side.
Dane S. is your guy if you want to change your battery or replace the charging port, etc.
Popped in to replace by Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra's battery and the charging port. Dane advised me and ordered the parts, which were not in stock. After they arrived in less than one week, he quickly did the repairs and gave me a good discount too... Way to go on smartphone repairs!

I somehow got the stylus stuck in my phone. I took it to the Geek Squad and they suggested Batteries Plus. I couldn't imagine what they could do and was delighted when they were able to solve the issue! Dane very patiently explained what he was going to do and in no time at all, I walked out a 100% satisfied customer.
I would be remiss if I neglected to mention that they also have an excellent selection of greeting cards. While I was waiting my turn, I was completely entertained reading the cards.
Thanks again, Dane for your assistance. You truly made my day.

I came to this store via a TMobile insurance claim because I shattered my phone screen in the gym.
I made the appt online on 4/26/25, and my appt was at 11:30am on 4/27/25. When I arrived, I was greeted kindly by the 2 employees working the front desk. They were busy with customers, and let me know they'd be right with me. I'm sorry to say I didn't catch their names. After their customers were taken care of, they asked how they could help. I said I was here for a phone repair w/ a tmobile insurance claim. Then Dane, the hero of our story, came out of the back. He verified my information, and had all the necessary and needed components ready before my arrival. We went over all the details, and he gave me some good pointers for keeping my phone safe in the future.
Dane quoted me 45min for the repair. So I went down and got a coffee and pastry while I waited. I came back in, accidentally right on time of 45min, to check in. Dane had already been done a few minutes, meaning the work was done even faster than he thought. I left with my phone in hand like it was brand new.
My expectations for this experience were low. Not due to the store or staff, but because it was an insurance claim. However, the experience and professionalism I was greeted with by the team working at this store around 11:30am on 4/27/25 had me absolutely floored. I haven't had such a positive customer experience in quite some time. These folks working that store need to be praised, and whatever you're paying them, it isn't enough. I don't often find myself in need of services such as this, but I know where I'll be going in the future.
