The experience is much better than I thought when I saw the google review. Not a long wait time when I can on Wednesday morning around 9:50, 6 people in front of me with 4 windows open. The lady who host me is very patient as I have two cars moving from out of states. Not a crazy wait, no appointment needed. Very convenient.
