Staff was professional and amazing as well as making me feel comfortable. The experience could have been more stressful for me but staff did an excellent job making me feel cared for, while getting things done quickly and seamlessly.

During the day, they have things figured out. Friendly staff, relatively short wait times. During the night the urgent care is under staffed, short fused and unhelpful to say the least. If you have any real emergencies at night, id say go somewhere there are more staff.

Urgent care is a joke here. Expect to wait over four hours just to be seen and then will have to wait at least an hour more to see a doctor.
