It was hard to find a parking spot so I would recommend arriving early to figure that out u less you're familiar with the area. I end up parking at a business building and called to see where to find it since my maps kept taking me to another area. Absolutely enjoyed my service here. She was really attentive to what would suit me best. Asked me a lot of questions & inspo photos. I rarely cut my hair or let anyone touch my hair because I've had so many bad experiences. I really wanted change so I tried to cut it short & ruined it myself at home. Being upset at myself, my bf had booked me this appointment. It's been over a month now and my hair has grown out nice. Of course I was surprised with how I looked in short hair. I've never had it this short in over 2 decades. I left very happy with my new hair, I feel and look confident. I would definitely go back and get my haircut again. I actually LOVE my hair short now more than my longer length. I definitely trust my hair in her hands. She does magic! Everything was wonderful, exceptional consultation, service, and happy result.

Always a wonderful experience, I have thick hair that can be challenging and she always gives me a perfect cut and style. After I had my baby she gave me a cut that considered my postpartum hair loss - I wasn’t feeling super confident and a good haircut can make a huge difference.

Norma brought movement back into my hair. She has the ability to tailor a cut that is individualized by taking into account your hair type, head and face shape, and your daily hair care routine. Came in to get my hair done. They were late and then told me they couldn't touch my hair unless I was a pre-existing client. Also had an untrained dog that kept jumping and would stop in mid conversation to yell at him.

I moved to Washington and was in search for a new salon. I came across Norma and I went in with a couple of photos in mind. With her expertise she suggested certain things that I would have not thought about. She was very knowledgeable and she has such a great personality. There was no awkward silence, she just had such a great vibe, and she was so easy to talk to. She had the perfect balance of talking about what she was doing, how I could personally style my own hair, and about life. She also didn't push for me to buy products but because how amazing it turned out, I wanted to use the products she used during my visit. I didn't have a chance to take a photo same day but the layers I requested came out better than I imagined. I definitely will go back to her when I am due for another hair cut.

Amazing for all hair cuts and types. My aunt and I both go here, my aunt has short hair and colors it, and I have l have really long hair. We both love Norma. I have never found a hairstylist so talented and respectful, Norma is the only person I trust to cut my hair and she is very knowledgeable about hair health

I had an amazing experience at this salon!
