I'm always impressed with how well stocked this Best Buy is and how staff help you when you ask. It's a very huge building that has everything related to tech in it where you can physically look items which is still nice to see compared to online shipping for electronics.

Great crew and very professionally run for over a decade! Been buying (and returning some times) stuff from BestBuy Bellevue and they've always been smooth and cordial to do business with. I hope they expand and have more options on the floor. Especially when it comes to laptops. Always scoping out their deals!

If you're in the mood to spend big bucks just to be fed apologies by customer service who claim they cannot help, Best Buy is your go-to. Best Buy excels at apologies, indeed. Another talent they boast is their creative excuse-making. First, they "forgot" to deliver my TV on the scheduled day, then claimed their truck broke down, forcing me to wait another week. The in-store experience might fool you with its professionalism, but the second they pocket your money, you're left feeling duped by the most negligent bully you've ever had the displeasure of meeting.

I bought a new, unlocked Pixel 8 18 days ago. It's defective. I'll get an exclamation mark in my service strength and be unable to get any service, I can restart it or wait 15 minutes for service to restore. It restarts on its own: in my pocket, when I'm scrolling, randomly. I paid extra for top tier geek squad protection. I went in store today and geek squad told me because it's after 14 days my options are to pay $150 and do a rapid swap or contact Google. I bought from Best Buy and Geek Squad for piece of mind. Now I have to drive to Seattle on my weekend and deal with a 3rd party. This is why no one goes to brick and mortar stores for electronics anymore.

I purchased a current gen Apple iPad Air 5 online for pickup. When I arrived they provided me with a iPad 3rd Gen and refused to replace it, so I had to take my business elsewhere.

I tried to exchange a corrupted 4k copy of Avatar the way of water. It was 13 days past the end of the return period. So the store manager was under no obligation to extend me any courtesies, and he didn't. So I am left with a $40 dollar life lesson because I have a one year old, and wasn't able to find the time to sit down for a three hour movie until after the stores legal obligation to provide good customer service expired.No wonder every time you go in the Best Buy these days there are more employees than customers??♂️
