Twice I've gone into this store with the intent of purchasing at least one suit. Both times the staff was rude, condescending and barely gave me the time of day. Love the clothes, the in person experience at this store is awful. I'll buy online.

Wild!!!!!!! Walking in I had an immediate comment on my weight. Then as I shopped around the sales associate continues to tell me they have extended sizing and options for "stretchy " clothes.... Never in my life have I been treated this way so badly.

Was hoping to buy at least one suit and a few shirts today. Was looking forward to it but the employees wouldn’t give me the time of day. Before even knowing my pant size the salesman was dissuading me saying the jacket and pants are paired together (no kidding…) and the pants probably won’t fit me. Tried a jacket on and it was too small so went to ask to try a size up but he was gone. The store was empty. There were more employees than customers. After waiting several minutes I left the shirts I intended to purchase and the two suits I picked out. Not the experience I was looking forward to.

HUGO BOSS NOT PAYING REFUND AFTER CONFIRMING RETURN. My gripe is not with the store, but with Hugo Boss Fashions Inc. I ordered a suit from the store and paid with a credit card. The suit was shipped to me but needed to be returned. I returned it by return shipment and received confirmation of the return on Aug. 19th. It is Dec. 24th and I have not yet received my refund, now will a customer support supervisor give me an ETA or let me speak to someone at HQ. They claim that they are 'processing' the request to send another CHECK IN THE MAIL. Unbelievable. You can't make this stuff up. Hugo Boss. Premium brand. Really??

Since getting an awful experience, I no longer wanted to buy anything in this store for a long time. However, the workers impressed me a lot this time.They were pretty enthusiastic and thoughtful, though there were many guests. Especially Alpha, who is very professional and kind!

One of the older females workers was a little rude to begin with but we didn't really let it get to us. Everything we looked at or touched she would trail after us and refold the whole stack. Considering we didn't actually unfold anything to look at it and she did this the WHOLE time we were in the store. The fact that she only did this to our family gets me livid. We ended up getting a shirt there anyways for my dad and she asked for my fiancé's name when he gave her his card and she types of few things in. I understand that she could've check for security reasons, but I've just never had to happen before so I just asked "oh, is your card reader broken?" Then she ignores me first then says "I asked for his name not his card info" which was uncalled for and the fact that we were all already feeling some sort of way because of the way she was treating us, I don't think it was an innocent misunderstanding. Pretty disappointed in the whole visit. You're better off going to a different branch or ordering online.

Very nice staff but do NOT listen to them when they say to take their suit to Nordstrom for alterations. Nordstrom did a TERRIBLE job on my suit jacket and now I look like a toddler in his dad's jacket for all my wedding photos.Hugo Boss - find a better alteration recommendation.

To the two gentlemen who closed on 2/9/22, thank you so much for helping my fiancé and I pick out a suit for my wedding night. After the nightmare purchase and service I received at Bellevue Square's Nordstrom, they helped salvage the night. They provided amazing service and recommendations in helping pick my outfit for my wedding. I can't wait to see the finished look and it was everything I wanted. We will be back.

Amazing service. To the two gentleman who closed on 2/9/22, I’ll be coming back. Thank you for taking the time to help me make the best purchases for my wedding night. After going through the nightmare of purchase at Nordstrom, they made my night better. Some of the best service I’ve received anywhere.

Went it to return a couple of items. Seemed the representative was not too pleased to begin with (he was friendly the previous time when I had gone in to buy). For 1 of the items, he said he couldn't take the item back because I did not have the receipt. After pushing him to look up the item (which I had purchased a few weeks back), he reluctantly looked it up and processed the purchase. For the 2nd item, he refused to process a return stating that they have a 30 day return policy, while their website clearly states that it has been extended to 60 days. Overall pretty hostile behavior, will not be going back.

No in-store stock at all on anything (shirts, suits, suits separate, etc). The person there was helpful but if I am willing to spend that much money on Hugo Boss, it is to have the perfect fit.
