Briatore has been on the block for many years and have been consistent in the quality of their food and services. I have read some of the recent reviews before opting to post here. One question comes to mind, Do you want to pay twice as much for average Pagliacci pizza or better yet substandard Papazzi pizza? This business delivers quality food and services and has been doing so for almost two decades.

The pepperoni was great. But the owner has a condescending attitude, would not come back to this place again.

Regarding the owner, he parked next to me behind his business and swung his door hitting my vehicle as he got out. The owner took no responsibility and stated this was "his parking lot. I pay 10k for this place. I can do what I want". I attempted to deescalate his behavior, however he continued to make excuses instead of taking ownership for his actions. The owner entered the back of his restaurant with zero apologies. The owner was a male in his 40s with salt and pepper hair.

Was waiting next door for a lovely lunch at the fantastic Royal Kitchen. The owners pulled up in the back to park. The owner slammed his car door into a car he parked next to. The gentleman in the car was very cordial when he confronted the owner. The owner exploded on the poor guy, then on me and my woman for waiting near their establishment. Sometimes tact goes a long way, clearly doesnt exist with this "small business owner".

Had a fabulous group dinner here! We had an assortment of pasta, pizza, and calzones, and it was all delicious. The service was good, and we enjoyed getting to chat with the owners. They're not currently doing dine-in, but we sat at their outdoor umbrella tables and ordered "take-out."

I have been coming here for years and the service is consistent! The ingredients are fresh and everything is made per order. I love their gyros, pizza, sandwiches and salads. Oh yes, I can't leave out their amazing chocolate chip cookies!! Friendly, professional owners and great outdoor seating for nice summer days. A Bellevue gem!

Called in an order. They charged a lot more than the price on the menu and did not give an itemized receipt. They also sneakily increased the charge further after finalizing the bill. I noticed this when the pending charge amount changed on my statement a day later.Do not support these crooks.

Called in an order. They charged $5 more than the price on the menu and did not give an itemized receipt. They also sneakily increased the charge further after finalizing the bill. I noticed this when the pending charge amount changed on my statement a day later. Do not support these crooks.

Owner scolded my 2.5 year old son for playing with the chairs in the outdoor seating area. Note the restaurant was closed and there are no signs etc giving any indication that the seats can’t be used. Totally rude and can only imagine the customer service must be terrible

Bait and switch for mediocre pizzaAdvertised price, online and in print and distributed, around $17 - actual price at register - over $27. When asked about double digit, greater than 50% difference (also noted about a year ago) between advertised and actual price, told something about "crazy prices" "deliveries each two weeks". I understand prices have risen. It is one thing to sell overpriced pizza - it is entirely another to falsely advertise its price and inform the consumer only after the fact. Steer clear for more honest restaurants that keep their prices up to date.
