I wholly recommend Brookside Dental- the care and capability are frankly unsurpassed. For someone with issues of dental complexity I am always met with patience and professionalism. With Dr. Corie, a dental rockstar, and hygienists who will adapt to my needs I've found a well rounded team who truly listens.

Agree with other reviews that it's been a rapid demise since it was sold to the new owners. Firstly, it is immediately apparent they are maxing out patient dental insurance and scheduling treatments around maximizing their revenue. Secondarily the owner is rude and arrogant beyond measure. I offered constructive feedback on some poorly run aspect of their practice and was immediately sent nasty texts from the owner and was told I was no longer welcome in their practice. This was followed up by a letter with various accusations and demeaning language. I have been a customer for more than 10 years and don't deserve to be attacked by the owner. I have never encountered such a rude and arrogant healthcare provider.

I had a crown fall off and Brookside Dental saw me right away. Dr. Corie was fantastic, paying close attention to details and aesthetics. The service was prompt and professional. Highly recommend!

Great dental experience here. Caring doctors, friendly hygentists, and efficient office staff. I've seen both Dr. Corie and Dr. Steve and felt well taken care of, no matter who I saw. The office was always clean and had a great atmosphere. While I don't feel any anxiety going to the dentist, the wooded PNW landscape you see out the back windows in the patient rooms helps put you at ease and enjoy the dental experience even more. They even have bird feeders outside the windows so you never know what beautiful birds you'll see during your visit. I've loved coming to this office and am terribly sad to have to go to a new dentist now that we've moved and it's getting tricker to make the drive for checkups. I highly recommend this dental office if you're looking for a new dentist.

Brookside is the best! I am a person with extreme anxiety when it comes to dental procedures, but this team of people really knew how to put me at ease. Especially Haley and Dr. Steve who were as gentle and painless as possible while being kind and understanding during my last crown. I highly recommend.

A few years ago i started a journey with Dr. Steve and Malissa Vivette when they were working out of yakima...the level of professionalism and care was nothing I have ever experienced in my life...truely amazing and life changing...now as I continue my journey further...there was no doubt I am still going to these two even though they have moved to bellevue and are 2 1/2 hours away...distance is no option to remain safe and secure and trustful of these two to take care of me...once again I am extremely greatful and happy as my life is changing again...they will forever have a place in my heart and I would reccomend them to anyone in a heartbeat...thank you is not enough and I am forever their patient ?

Lindsey is amazing! Professional as well as personable, actually making my experience of a 3 hour dental appointment to get a crown & a filling done enjoyable! Whaat?! Yes, I have had plenty of dental work in my 49 years & this was by far the best experience. I was so relaxed because I was so well taken care of. You are in very good hands at Brookside Dental! I liked my previous dental office a lot, Brookside Dental has really impressed me ~ so attentive, considering every detail. In a world where customer service can be hard to, this is where it’s at! Thank you Brookside! :)

I Switched my Dentist a few years back and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Steven Kitts has been a savior in saving my teeth, improving my smile and creating a long term plan to insure success for years to come. I had a crown done this year and the artistry and fitment is impeccable. His concern lies with his patients first and foremost. I must also mention his assistant Barb. She is Awesome! Her cleaning skills are second to none. Her knowledge and insight ARE indisputable, not to mention her magicianlike skills with the injections I Never feel. Great team ! Great service! - FOREVER PATIENT

I've been going to this practice for years, happily. They dealt with my first cavity and I felt they did a very good job. They set me up with a wonderful electric toothbrush and my teeth have been in wonderful health under their care. However, I tried doing the suresmile aligners at this office, however it seemed to move my overbite into more of an overbite, such that my ears rang when my teeth met in their new intended position. My concerns were met with insistence that I needed to trust the dentist and give it time for my teeth to settle. I trusted them and paid over $500 for retainers. I noticed my ears would ring and jaw would hurt from eating when I tried to shift it to actually eat. I started on a new set of retainers, and now my bite meets about where they were before I started the process (comfortable), with straighter teeth. I was really hoping for a flat rate (saved and paid up front), but now I need to pay again for new retainers after I was told to trust them. I'm disappointed that my concerns were not taken seriously nor heard when they would have been appropriate.

I am a life long consumer of serval care. My poor diet and fluoride free water created early visits to the dentist. I’ve also had caps and root canals over time. So as a consumer, I’m knowledgeable. I also ran a health care practice for 39 years, so I have insight into the workings of a small office. I can offer this: The dental care was top notch, I was helped in a timely manner and the quality of the staff, the dentist, the assistants, the front office was top drawer. The office is clean, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.
