2025 Review
I will caveat this by saying I have since left the US and have not been a member for at least 3 years. However I do believe in givbing credit where its due. I have been recently having muscoskeletal issues due to flat feet which I have had my whole life. During my physiotherapy appointments I just realised that its not that the issues suddenly started, but during my time in the US as a member of Bstrong the issues that should have inevitably happened where actively prevented by my regular classes at Bstrong. Without me even realizing it. At the time my main motivation was to lose weight but clearly the programming at Bstrong is so intentionally devised for overall wellness that it prevented complications of fallen archs for me without even realising it. Its unfortunately only now I am realising this. I have fond memories of the gym and hope that it has remained largely the same if not better. As someone with no Bstrong, I highly recommend this gym for your overall wellness.
2020 Review
I have been going to this gym regularly since I live nearby. Its the best in the area due to so many reasons. The workouts are very effective - I have become stronger this past year thanks to them (+ losing 20+ lbs 🙂). The instructors are very kind, attentive and care about all the members. I was especially touched during the initial days of the pandemic - they found ways to keep everyone active and healthy - virtual workouts, youtube workouts, regular articles on healthy living. The community is also fantastic - before the pandemic we used to have get-togethers occasionally, which I loved. Everyone is very kind. Bstrong is not just a gym- its a fitness community ❤️

Great balance - not hard core gym rats, but also serious support for helping you reach weight and fitness goals. Exercises are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance which helps me with my other activities being in my late middle age.

I have had an amazing experience the last 8 months at Bstrong. Absolutely clean and pristine gym. I love the coaches. They are all super friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to my gym sessions. I also love how I don't have to track my weights for the workouts from earlier sessions, everything is recorded so you know the previous baseline. Highly recommend this place!

I trained at bStrong for a year, and it was the best fitness experience I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is incredibly supportive and welcoming. I trained with Austin and Philip and they were amazing - very knowledgeable and encouraging, and they really tailored the workouts to fit my goals. They taught me proper form and prioritized safety, I saw huge improvements in my strength, confidence, and overall fitness. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their fitness journey!

My two-year journey at bStrong in Bellevue has been truly transformative. The gym's structured approach has helped me build a consistent 3x/week strength training habit, while their flexible scheduling system makes it easy to maintain this routine despite a busy schedule.
The exceptional training team - Ben, Kyle, Charles, Aynika, Hallie, Sarah, Hannah, and Phillip - brings expertise and genuine enthusiasm to every session. Their positive energy is contagious, and their attention to form has helped me steadily build lean muscle mass in a safe, sustainable way. Am so grateful to all of them!
As I prepare for the 2025 Berlin Marathon, I'm confident that bStrong's comprehensive strength program will help keep me injury-free through my training. The facility continues to evolve, and I'm excited about potential additions like cable exercises to further diversify the routines.

I've had a wonderful experience at bStrong! I've been attending the small group training for a few months now and have developed confidence and made gains. As someone who is not a fan of lifting, this supportive environment and level of accountability has been huge for me. It makes a big difference to have a developed program and your own space to work in especially while learning. A coach available to offer guidance and encouragement without feeling the focus is completely on you all the time:-) has been the perfect balance for me. It's easy to adjust your schedule in the app and there are always other included activities to participate it, running club, hikes and workshops. I highly recommend you try out this program.

I have a mixed feeling about bStrong. Some of instructors are attentive and friendly, some of them seem to be just there without enthusiasm. For the first a couple of classes, classes were confusing and seemed disorganized - I eventually learned the routine but feel bad for those who are new to the gym. Instructors need to pay more attention to new comers explaining what's going on. Some instructors show you a routine very quickly without explanation what area of the body you should be focused on or why you're doing it. It comes across lack of care. I do want to call out some are great too. If building big muscles isn't your thing, this gym might not be for you. I wanted to be lean and toned so I will look for other workout options.

Looks nice and good. So I try to join the membership. I went there. The guy in the charge saying to me all information in the website and I can try 2 weeks half price.
Later, I check the website but everything is full. Looks like I can’t even start the training.
I call them. Nobody answered the phone. They call me later saying same thing every detail in the website and I can join from there.
This place looks good but hard to join.
Waste my time and energy.
Wish they upgrade the website.

bStrong is a fantastic place for those new to the fitness journey or those experienced with fitness and seeking to reach their goals but aren't interested in box gyms or bros science. I have been going to bStrong for 18 months now and appreciate their strong adherence to fundamentals, their programming model that spans powerlifting, functional fitness, calisthenics, HIIT and more (so you never get bored or plateau and get a full body workout), the supportive, clean, and inclusive environment, consistent and attentive coaching, their use of technology, and the wonderfully diverse community. Not to mention, you can just be yourself and feel right at home. After researching and trying more than 10 other gyms, so glad I decided to choose bStrong.

Bstrong is the best gym I have been to. The sessions use the right amount of technology and hands-on to keep the sessions effective & personalized to each individual. I have been attending the small group training here for over a year and am happy with my progress so far. Exercises typically focus on full-body strength using barbells, dumbbells, TRX, body weights, etc., with a finisher for a cardio mix at the end of each session. During small group training, every individual gets their equipment and target numbers to aim for each exercise and an instructor to help with form and technique. All of these help the sessions stay very productive. All the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. In addition to my regular workout sessions, I also learned a great deal from the extra sessions offered on various topics, such as stretching, breathing, powerlifting, etc. Bstrong is definitely a great place for anyone looking to get stronger and healthier.
