Same old story as the rest, the person at the desk said that we never made the reservation but they tried to find alternatives.

Very honest and transparent. Quick to pick up rental and drop off after. Staff was helpful with questions I had. Even let me examine the trucks to pick the one I liked most. No hidden fees (yet), unlike uhaul.
I’ll be coming back to this location for next move.
