The storefront is smaller in comparison to other global locations such as Edinburgh and Singapore, providing a more intimate experience over silent shopping. Understandably, less inventory can be kept on hand or on display. However, Jailene was lovely enough to transfer in a colour for me to try on before making my firm decision over a few visits without pressure, something I greatly appreciate.Many associates in the States are often overbearing, leading my family and I to prefer shopping overseas where assistance is present, but provided only if requested. Jailene was perfect in finding a balance and I do recommend seeking her out if you are ever looking to purchase in-store.

This is a large space showcasing the latest from Burberry. The store is beautifully laid out: bright and broken into interesting sections. The staff are super helpful. The only drawback is that the prices are very expensive; even for a designer label, they charge at the upper end.

REGULAR CUSTOMER: I've purchased many items from the Downtown Bellevue Burberry store. I've been helped mainly by a friendly gentleman, Francisco. However, after the previous experience I will never be shopping with this Burberry again. The Scarf purchased at the store after getting home was permeating a disgusting scent, very nasty, no way anyone's wearing the thing... I took the scarf back the very next day 24 hours after the purchase and the gentleman and whole staff certainly could smell the nasty scent coming from it. The manager proceeded to claim it wasn't in original condition. Of course I can't be faulted for that given the disgusting odor it was sold to me with clearly the condition it was sold in was faulted? Clearly something is wrong with the item as there's no reason for it to smell as it did, so how does that then become my doing that it is different from one of your other scarfs? That's exactly why I brought it back. Was told nothing can be done. I’ve frequented this location enough to be invited to private sales at the store. This is how they treat you still absolute shame

As a committed and loyal customer of Burberry’s premium brand, I have always valued the quality and craftsmanship of their products. I have always had a positive experience shopping at Burberry stores, until a recent encounter with one of their employees that left me feeling disappointed and disrespected. I visited the Bellevue WA Burberry store and was greeted by an employee who was dismissive, discriminatory, judgmental, and unwelcoming. I was shocked and taken aback by this attitude and climate, which was completely unexpected from a Brad that prides itself on inclusivity and diversity. The employee’s behavior made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and question whether I want to continue supporting a brand that employs people with such a discriminatory attitude. It was a stark contrast to my previous experiences shopping(receipts to support that) Burberry, which were pleasant and positive. While I value the quality and premium nature of Burberry’s products, this negative encounter has left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope that Burberry will take steps to ensure that their employees uphold their values of inclusivity and diversity, and that no customer has to experience what I went through.

Going to their store, trust the reviews don't do it. Go to any other branch. Terrible service, spent 7K in the last few months wasn't help with a defective item.

We went into the store today and I was blown away with their customer service. They were all very kind and knowledgeable of their products and how to style them. Daniel was A-MA-ZING!!!! He helped me figure out the perfect size for a coat I wanted, helped me with tips how to style it for different occasions. He was absolutely wonderful, he definitely made my day!

This is one of my favorite places to shop at in the mall, and I always feel welcomed whenever I walk in. It is a luxury brand, so expect the majority of products to be in between low three-digit to the upper four-digit price range. In my experience, everything I've bought here has been worth it, especially when you take into account the great customer service and atmosphere inside of the boutique. Also want to give a big shout out to Mei, who truly treats you as a friend whenever you're shopping in the store. I've never felt pressured to buy anything in the store, and she is honestly just a very great person to talk to!

Domingo & the store manager are very dedicated to a great customer experience. Domingo himself is very knowledgeable about fashion & fit, and makes you feel so welcomed. He is a dedicated employee who takes every step to make sure you’re comfortable and that your questions are answered. He has great style, making his suggestions awesome.
