Dishonest and Not Transparent - Avoid This Shop
I had a very frustrating experience with C&M Auto Repair in Bellevue. I went in to get my tires changed and found the ones I wanted on Amazon. They assured me they could give me the same price, so we agreed on the price and I paid the full amount upfront with my credit card. The plan was that I would come back once the tires arrived.
A few days later, they called me and said they couldn’t get the tires at the original price and increased the price by $30. They justified it by saying they wouldn’t charge me tax because they don’t pay tax on tires. I reluctantly agreed to this change, but when I got my final bill, I was shocked to see they charged me almost $90 more, including taxes and fees.
They were not honest or transparent throughout the entire process. They lied about the tax and kept increasing the price after I had already paid. I do not recommend anyone to go to this shop — they are not trustworthy and clearly don’t honor their agreements. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I have a 2014 Audi Q5 TDI, and I always do my service here at C&M. Cesar and Walter always treat you as family!… They do a great job on Diagnosting any problem!!! And the repairs are done right away, with a very fair price.
They open on Saturdays!!?
I strongly recommend bringing your car at C&M.??

Went in for a buyer inspection.
All the way thru, the mechanic speaking Spanish to the seller. Not sure what they were telling him, but at the end the seller said they told him he’s selling too low price and he ended up ghosting me; even tho we agreed on a set price to sell after inspection.
So I spent $150 for a full inspection and got no car.

My wife and I were driving Saturday morning when we noticed that our car was smoking. We called here in a panic because they were the closest shop to where we were. The shop was busy but they let us bring it in anyway.
We got there around 10:30 am and we were told that they could look at it but wouldn't be able to work on it until Monday. We were honestly surprised they even offered to look at it that day with such short notice.
Around 11:30 am they called and let us know what was wrong - busted CV axle, warped brake rotors, and an improperly installed oil filter causing an oil leak (from a different shop). They told us they would start working on it and have it ready by close!
They close at 5 pm on Saturday and my wife gets off work at 4 pm. We didn't know if we would make it in time because of traffic but told them that we would try. Without hesitation they offered to stay after closing so we could pick it up!
I've never had such an amazing experience with an auto shop before. This is the only auto shop I'm using from now on and will recommend them anytime someone needs work done on their car.

I recently visited C & M Auto Repair & Collision and was thoroughly impressed with their service. They provided an excellent alignment for my vehicle and even included free inspections, which gave me peace of mind. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, offering tons of information about various issues and giving me helpful advice on how to maintain my car. The owner of this business was super friendly and explained the essence of the problem to me. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of car maintenance or repairs.
