Happy with my purchase. Really really wish they had a box for my 1000$ jacket. I was actually pretty shocked TBH. I don't feel like a nice box is asking to much when your spending 1k on a jacket...Yes, presentation is a big deal for gifts.

Bought a Canada goose 2 years ago . Zipper fell off . The stitching through out loosened and fell out in spots . Fabric seems start little wear. . I bought because lifetime warranty and was expecting great quality for the cost of $600.00 opened a case with warranty shipped it to them . They said I had snag and wanted charge me 80.00 . They sent back with fluff on it. .still some stitching loose and Messy stitching . Jacket was light weight but in drizzle or wet snow the material would get wet and stay wet . Winter jacket you can’t get wet ? It’s a fashion statement for dry no snow weather . Sold it at a loss bought Patagonia .Water proof insulated for $299.00 I’m sure there too the line jackets are better over $1,000 customer service was polite good .Nothing against this location never dealt with them just against Canada goose .I’d recommend looking at other brands

I visited the store last night and had a very memorable experience. Tyler the manager helped me. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products he is selling. He was very patient as I must have tried on nearly 10 jackets. He knew what I was looking for and stayed within the budget I gave him. He was not pushy and was not forcing items on me.I did not feel pressured to buy at that evening. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a great customer service experience. I wish more stores could provide this same kind of experience.Wishing more success to Tyler and team!Ms. Kenora:)

The jacket I bought is less than a year old. And the quality didn't meet my expectations for the price that I paid

A great selection of Canada Goose styles. Jackets, vests, sweaters, and assorted accessories. Although they're expensive, the quality is superb. They set the standard for the best winter clothing.

Visited their new spot today and had a very great experience with Matthew. Not pushy and showed me a few different styles I might be interested in. Really appreciated his customer service as well as his co worker! Super excited with my purchase.

I don't understand the bad reviews and I'm a bit baffled just reading them. Obviously customer service comes first and foremost, but for me and my significant other's experience, it felt normal and not pushy at all. It's actually a lot better than most high-end 'Bellevue Square' customer service I've experienced. It was our first 'physical' Canada Goose store experience and the Customer Service was pretty normal. We don't often buy luxury/expensive brands besides Apple products, but it was a very special occasion for us both as well, so we decided to check them out.The associate who helped us was Ismael C. and he seemed like a very down to earth, good vibes customer service guy. Actually all the other associates in there, even the security guard, was extremely chill and even recommended us some wonderful restaurants to try around the area since it's been a while since we've visited the Bellevue Collection area, and it seems that a lot of places have opened up, and also closed down. Anyway, Ismael was extremely helpful in picking/choosing jackets for us. I ended up getting the Hybridge Down Coat, while my S.O. got the Alliston Parka. Ismael also answered a ton of questions I had from warranty, overall 'ethical-ness' of Canada Goose like where does the down come from, duck down vs. goose down, why this and not that, future plans for the overall company such as their claims going fur free, and also including the upcoming, bigger Canada Goose store that is under renovation. I'm looking forward to testing out their signature 'cold room' which apparently can be as cold as 8°F (around -13°C) once it opens possibly in mid-2023.I feel for the associates there though, I think they get a lot of people that just tries on the jackets, but then never buys since it's so expensive, but then they occasionally get snobby customers too. I think you just have to read and get a feel for the overall vibes of the associates that work here since at the end of the day, they're sales people and they have to achieve or maybe exceed sales quota. Maybe we just got lucky with Ismael and all the other folks there, who knows. We'll definitely be coming back once their other store opens up!

One of the best shopping experiences I have had, hands down!! Had the pleasure to work with Tao and Ismael from the store. It took me hours in the store, trying on ridiculous amout of different styles and sizes, not to mention few exchanges to finally find the parka I absolutely love. I still can’t believe the patience that both my SAs had in helping me with the process. They tirelessly and HAPPILY went up and down the storage multiple times to retrive styles and sizes for me to try on, never pressured me into getting anything, and were so helpful and honest about what they think!

Had a great experience at the store today, don’t understand all the poor reviews at all to be honest. I let the salesperson know a list of things I wanted out of my jacket (storable hood, water repellent, etc.) and we were able to find exactly what I needed.Did not feel pushed to purchase or otherwise rushed. Some jackets were in storage that took ~10 minutes for them to get but that’s not a huge deal. (Who’s in that big of a rush shopping anyways??) Their new location in the mall is going to have their signature “Cold Room” which I’m also excited to try out, but it’s not here yet.

Went in looking to try the Junction jacket on. I wasn't sure which color (black or white) but the staff was very helpful and was able to try on both in different sizes as well. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. Staff was really kind and welcoming. Would definitely come here again! Thanks!

Coat worn very few times and the zipper is already malfunctioning. The “life time warranty” apparently is on a “case by case basis” I was told. What this means is the store decides whether it can be fixed and then they send it off for repair. This takes 4-6 weeks, so essentially I’m without a cost for the remainder of the winter. I’m so sorry I bought this coat. At nearly $1000, I’d expect better quality. By phone, the staff are unaware at the ongoing list of negative reviews and seemingly have no interest in improving the customer service.

My husband took forever to decide between a few jackets. The manager and other sales person we worked with were so helpful. They were easy going and knowledgeable. Most fun I’ve had shopping for coats. Thanks guys!!

I went here yesterday. I was going to purchase a Canada Goose coat for Christmas. The price turned me off. Very expensive. Here is what bothers me much more than price. In a world where we are trying to be more equitable, environmentally concious, and INCLUSIVE I am disgusted by this brand and it should be dismantled. COYOTE FUR, GOOSE FEATHERS! HELL NO!! WHAT A COMPLETE CLUSTERMUCK! my snobby side is sticking with Patagonia. Canada Goose can hang itself. I hope those Coyotes come back to haunt them.
